Hotel very noisy

Room not very clean , really needs to be renovated, not very friendly staff (receptionist sitting on the front desk when I arrived and who sat while her colleague made my arrival ) cleaning lady who yells at her colleagues in front of guests .

Very disappointing

We stayed one night in this 4-star hotel, and were deeply shocked by the conditions of hygiene, comfort, and above all safety — totally unacceptable for an establishment of this standing.
Upon entering the room:
• Hair on toilet paper,
• Visible dust,
• Bugs on the curtains.
This indicates a real lack of cleanliness, unworthy of a 4-star hotel.
But the most serious thing is, another person was able to enter our room with a magnetic card, proving a major security breach. We spent a sleepless night fearing another intrusion. It is simply dangerous and unacceptable.
Another very worrying point is that there are no visible fire alarms in the room, whereas a public reception facility (PRT) is supposed to be equipped with a compliant fire safety system. This breach violates the rules of the Construction and Housing Code, and exposes the establishment to penalties.
Finally, the air conditioning was almost non-existent, making the room stuffy in the middle of the summer.
In summary:
❌ Cleanliness neglected
❌ Security not assured
❌ Legal standards not met
❌ Insufficient comfort
We hope for quick action from the property, as this type of experience should never happen to any guest, especially in a 4-star hotel.

Hotel to renovate... nice staff

Needs a good renovation.... carpeting very dirty.... patching for the crank of the blind... wc brown background.... bathtub tap more than obsolete...

Pretty nice stay ... comfortable bedding , clean SE , but inefficient air conditioning and very dirty carpet ...

While visiting Auch for the first time , it is very difficult to search for a hotel , without irreparably stumbling upon booking.com , a site that is FUIR ...

I do not recommend because bedding too hard and very aging room

Aging rooms and bedding that does not leave the back indifferent: mattress too hard and tiny pillow.
In the morning in the bathroom I found myself facing a little creeping black beast not mean but not clean
A positive Rating is buffet breakfast
