A nice room for the price and a very delicious breakfast buffet. the toilet was in a little room by itself and without a sink, but a nice little hotel for a few nights and good parking.

Unworthy reception and total contempt from management.
As a professional client (RHR), my stay was ruined by the unacceptable attitude of the manager, Ms. Aurélie P.
Exhausted by service issues and thinking I had to vacate my room by noon, I settled for a few minutes to recover on the couch in the lounge area (adult zone with foosball and darts). The place was completely deserted.
The manager then came to confront me with rare condescension. Not only did she judge my posture as "inappropriate," but she openly questioned my status as a client by interrogating me suspiciously.
Instead of checking her records professionally (my room was indeed extended), she preferred suspicion and reprimand. A blatant lack of consideration for transportation professionals and night workers. The hotel is acceptable, but the human management of the management is deplorable.

Je suis sincèrement désolée de lire que vous gardez un ressenti aussi négatif de votre passage dans notre établissement. La qualité de l'accueil et le respect de chacun de nos clients, qu'ils voyagent pour des raisons professionnelles ou personnelles, sont pourtant des valeurs auxquelles nous sommes très attachés.
Je souhaite toutefois apporter quelques précisions concernant la situation évoquée. En tant que propriétaire de l'établissement, il m'appartient de veiller au bon fonctionnement de l'hôtel, au respect des espaces communs ainsi qu'à la sécurité et au confort de l'ensemble de nos clients.
Lorsque je suis intervenue, j'ai constaté qu'une personne était allongée sur un canapé situé dans notre espace de convivialité, un lieu accessible à tous et fréquenté notamment par les familles et les enfants. Mon intervention avait uniquement pour objectif de préserver la vocation de cet espace commun et de m'assurer que tout se déroulait dans les meilleures conditions pour chacun. Il ne s'agissait en aucun cas d'un jugement à votre égard ou d'un manque de considération envers votre profession.
Je regrette sincèrement que nos échanges aient été perçus comme de la méfiance ou de la condescendance. Ce n'était absolument pas l'intention de mon intervention. Si votre fatigue liée à votre activité professionnelle nécessitait un moment de repos, notre équipe aurait naturellement cherché une solution plus adaptée, dès lors que nous en avions connaissance.
Je vous remercie néanmoins d'avoir souligné la qualité de notre établissement.
Nous prenons toujours en considération les retours de nos clients, car ils nous permettent de poursuivre nos efforts pour offrir un accueil à la fois professionnel, bienveillant et respectueux de chacun.

An overall extremely disappointing stay, marked by serious deficiencies, a lack of willingness to provide service, and no.
Unfortunately, the stay at this hotel was a great disappointment.
Even at the time of booking, a misleading impression is created: Only renovated rooms are presented online. However, upon arrival, I had to find out that there are also unrenovated rooms – and I received exactly one of those. In my view, this does not meet the expectations raised by the pictures on Booking.com.
In addition, there were numerous deficiencies. The air conditioning could not be adjusted. On my arrival day, it was only 11 °C and raining, making the room uncomfortably cold. When I inquired, I was merely met with shrugged shoulders and told that the air conditioning was centrally controlled and set to cooling mode due to the warm temperatures of the previous week. A solution or even an attempt to find an alternative was completely absent.
Unfortunately, that was not enough. The toilet had a strong smell of sewage, and the next morning there was no hot water until about 10:30 AM. This was particularly frustrating for me, as I had a business appointment at 10:30 AM and therefore could not take a shower. When I addressed the problem, I was only given the response that "there is hot water again now." However, I cannot understand that, as I had tested the water at 10:25 AM and it was still cold.
This sum of problems was ultimately the reason why I ended my stay early.
However, the handling of my complaint was particularly disappointing. On-site, I was referred to management and was promised a partial refund. In fact, I subsequently received an email confirmation that a portion of the overnight price would be refunded to me. However, after I submitted my account details, all communication ceased. To this day, I have neither received the promised refund nor any further feedback.
A hotel can always have technical problems from time to time. However, what is crucial is how these issues are handled. In this case, there was a lack of both service willingness and reliability. Based on my experiences, I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.

Not Bad, Not Great
A mixed bag here.
The positives: the hotel restaurant is not bad. The wait staff is great. The food selection is good. It gets crowded too. I ate here twice and was satisfied. Front desk staff also very good and helpful.
The so-so: Breakfast is OK. Not sure what the yellow substance that they call "eggs' is. Coffee machines - why can't I get a big mug of black coffee in Europe? :)
The bad: the location. You can walk to a nice mall, Galeries Lafayette (?) with a big Carrefour and some restaurants. But you need a car, taxi or Uber to get into the center of Avignon
