The room was comfortable. The internet was spotty and often nonexistent. Our towels were changed without our asking but they only replaced one bath sheet. The location was good.

The breakfast was disappointing for the price point charged.
The room and bathroom were nice sized;
the bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were not good quality as well.
There was great air conditioning but the blanket provided retained your body heat; we were very comfy when we went to bed but very hot starting about three hours after going to sleep.

charming

We stayed here for nine nights to explore the region and it was worth every penny. Normandy is worth the trip.
Bayeux is a lovely little town with an amazing cathedral and good restaurants.
We took a private tour to the Normandy sites and it was a very sobering experience.
The hotel is centrally located and the right choice for us.
Pros:
Staff are excellent. They are friendly and engaging. If you have any kind of issue, the person to speak to is Marie who works the front desk in the evening. The other woman never addressed some small issues we had.
We had a two room suite which was clean and well appointed. It is not what we would consider luxury, but it was perfectly fine.
The hotel has a lot of charm and history.
Cons:
The room above us needs a rug because we heard every footstep they took and it was loud! They went to bed late and woke up early. We were very frustrated.
Overall, I highly recommend the hotel and encourage anyone coming to the region to consider renting a car and explore the area beyond the historal sites.
The hotel is charming, clean and well appointed. It is certainly located.
Breakfast is decent. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large and comfortable.
The downside was we heard every footstep from the people above us. They went to bed late and woke up very early so I didn’t sleep as well as I would have liked. It appears the staff knows about the issue.
