Worthy stay

Very lovely stay. A bit confusing the check in process being in another hotel, however I have no complaints about the hotel itself. Very pleasant :)

Very mediocre hotel.

Very expensive hotel for the services it offers. Foul-smelling room and no air conditioning. There is no reception or any service personnel. It is practically a dormitory. Check-in must be done at another hotel.

Poorly organised arrival and unacceptable comfort in hot weather

We stayed at Le Saint Aubert, Mont Saint-Michel and would not recommend it, especially in hot weather.
No instructions were provided in advance about the gate code needed to access the road to the hotel. Because of this, we had to park at P5 and walk with our luggage in extreme heat (37°C), which was already very exhausting.
Once we finally reached the hotel, we were informed that we had to go to another hotel to collect the room key, adding another unnecessary walk in the heat.
The room itself also had no air conditioning, only a fan, which made it very uncomfortable during the high temperatures.
Overall, the combination of poor arrival instructions, inconvenient check-in process, and lack of air conditioning made the stay very disappointing. Better communication and basic comfort should be expected.

Very good!

Check-in was done at the Relais St Michel, and to know this, there was only a sheet posted, not very visible... It would have been better to specify this in the emails...
In any case, everything went well!

Excellent location to go to Mont Michel

Everything you can expect has this accommodation. Clean, location excellent, with shuttle bus within 10 minutes in Mont Michel. You can also walk it, through the grasslands and water (at ebb) and then take the shuttle bus back. Great!
