Hotel Le Chalet:)
This hotel is very nice, the welcome is cordial and warm. The nice decoration makes you want to stay longer:) it's cozy.
We were lucky enough to be upgraded, thank you very much for that attention.

● The staff at the counter was very welcoming

● My husband and I arrived in this hotel around 1800hrs after a long hrs drive from Bdx. The receptionist led us to our room. A couple of minutes after realising that there's no fan nor an exhaust to minimise the heat in the room, my husband went downstairs at the reception to ask for a fan at least as the heat in the room is not normal at all and its suffocating to be honest. The receptionist told him that they dont have available fan anymore and that just wait for the sun to go down as it will get colder after.
Now, that to me is very odd for a Reputable 3 Stars Hotel to not been able to provide even a fan for a comfort to its guests and paying 100€ a night.
We drove all the way from Bdx and was looking forward to have a afternoon nap and with the temperature in the room like sauna, no way we can rest and at 2100hrs hoping for the room to have the temperature down at a decent temperature but the walls still in a warm temperature and without a fan nor exhaust to help us get comfortable isn't very fair. We even left our hotel room open as its colder on the hallway than the room itself.
So we decided to go at the reception again hoping they can help us again. Since all our plans for that night was cancelled anyways as we didn't manage to rest at all. Another woman from the front desk called what we think is the Hotel Owner and we calmly told him about our situation and what we feel, to our surprised, without a second thought nor a willingness to help, he said this- Well we cant do anything about it".
So my husband got a little upset and told him he have to do something now. I had to calm things down abit and he then walked away and managed to give us a fan in the end. It was a really uncomfortable encounter all over.
On our 2nd day, as I took a little extra time in the shower after our mountain trekking, 15mins after we found almost a quarter of our room outside the toilet the water from the bathroom was flowing out. The shower set up isn't very practical.
Lastly the cleaning. Geez.. cleaning requires vacuuming or sweeping then at least mop the floor once, but nope. No mopping done at all and even our bathroom other than changing yhe rubbish bags and replaced toilet paper it was never cleaned. For a tiny room like ours it wont take that much time to clean it properly at least once I supposed.
Almost our entire stay of 5 days the room wasn't very nice in the afternoon due to the sun facing the unit but on the 3rd day the weather started to be more friendly at night. My husband wanted us to change hotels but I convinced him to give it a try and not let the issue ruined our holiday as we dont have alot of time to spare for looking at other places.
Overall, we wont be recommending the unit number 22 during the summer specially the hottest time of the year because of how the unit was placed. Other than that, our experienced itself in the other areas (restaurants, mountains and meeting new people) were very nice.

Perfect from start to finish, great service and very good meal. Daily menu, child or impeccable and fast card. We recommend to anyone passing by!! Many thanks to the two young waiters for their efficiency and smiles

Poor, dirty
Hello, I start with the cleanliness, apparently it is clean, open the cupboard under the sink, surprise mouse poop and mouse, full of dirty papers, we killed the first and there were others, try to sleep with the noise of mice, duvets without covers, it means that everyone uses them, sheets, a sheet with stains, the little carpet full of dirt, watch behind the TV behind the sofa, but the best part is that you are asked to clean before leaving, if you turn on the heating, it pays. The night is 112 euros, 3 stars please

convenient to visit
One night in a room with 2 comfortable beds , courtesy tray , modern bathroom , separate toilet; electric blind and request for a quiet room respected.
The pool is not heated , one might believe that covered it is good but it remains cool on the other hand it is hot .The terrace not very well maintained and you can hear cars so not very relaxing when there is passage .
Good breakfast with choice.
Not too many choices in the restaurant which forced us to eat out.
