Good overnight accommodation, very good breakfast

We had booked an overnight stay here; contact in advance went well and everything could be discussed. On arrival we were greeted warmly and were allowed to put our ice packs in the freezer - great! Our comfort room was comfortably furnished, very clean and there was air conditioning. The beds were good, only the pillows were not very comfortable, but that is our personal impression. The pre-ordered dinner was a cold platter with very nice cold cuts, cheese, tapenade and bread. There was also a good bottle of wine; we were the only ones who had dinner there, it was a bit lonely. Next time I would eat in town, but we didn't want to have to drive anymore, so everything was great. The pool is very big and very cold, so we didn't use it. The surroundings are very beautiful and we were able to go for a nice walk with our dog. Breakfast the next morning was unusually good, there was basically everything your heart could desire, savory, sweet, fresh fruit, cheese, coffee, tea, good baked goods... the table was lovingly set, very nice! Checking out went smoothly. Thank you for the lovely stay, we will be happy to come back!

Just ok but could be so much more

Nice room. Simple but clean, good size and nice. Very nice bathroom. Old house looks quite good from outside, but access is limited.
Just basic welcome. Breakfast lady excellent, and most accommodating.
Internet did not work. We called, no help. We called for additional pillow, no answer .. seems nobody there at night or phones off.
Disappointing really. Could be so so much more.

A wonderful B & B in the middle of the wineyards

We visited and stayed over in this mini-castle (a b&b) on a wine tour in the district. Very good rooms and good service. Just a few rooms. No elevator but a small little pool and a relaxing garden. A nice place to stay when visiting Châteauneuf-du-Pape

Espace de l'Hers

Could not recommend this stunningly restores farmhouse in the middle of 40 hectares of vineyard enough. Christian is a brilliant host - kind friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts are varied with wonderful fresh produce and eggs from the family's hens.
All staff are friendly and could not do enough to help. If you fancy brining in a lunch or snacks - the huge kitchen is put at your disposal. A real home from home and I could not recommend it more highly
We will definitely come back. There is also a stunningly restored chapel area which can be hired for bespoke weddings.

Amazing property in the middle of vineyards

This place is amazing. You drive down a narrow, (barely paved) road and turn onto an unpaved dirt road between rows of grapevines to get to this place, so we weren't sure what to expect, but this was one of the most pleasant hotels we stayed in on our trip. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities. The backdrop is jawdropping. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool (replete with not one, but TWO blow up unicorn floats!!) and on the terrasse; There's a great honor-system wine fridge. Breakfast is available, I think it was ~15eur/pp. The whole atomsphere is just really low-key and pleasant.
If you're traveling large, keep in mind there's no elevator.
