Seaside Serenity with Quiet Elegance

Castelbrac is one of those rare seaside hotels where time seems to slow down the moment you arrive. Perched along the coast in Dinard, the location is simply stunning — we found ourselves pausing constantly to admire both the sunrise and sunset over the water. Each offered its own kind of magic.
Our corner view suite was spacious and beautifully laid out. The generous living room easily accommodated a long sofa, along with a proper desk and ample closet space — thoughtful touches that made our stay especially comfortable. The bedroom felt intimate yet refined, and the attached bath, complete with view windows, added a lovely sense of light and connection to the sea.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is one of quiet elegance. Nothing feels overstated — just tasteful, refined, and peaceful. The staff were exceptionally well-mannered and attentive, delivering warm, polished service throughout our stay.
Breakfast was another highlight. We especially appreciated the team’s kindness in arranging an early breakfast for us on the day of our departure — a small gesture that spoke volumes about their hospitality.
Castelbrac offers refined seaside charm with impeccable service. A truly memorable stay in Dinard.

Wonderful

Short stay at this hotel in the area: we enjoyed everything! Beautiful superior room with sea views, refined welcome and service, the setting is superb and the strategic location.
He's a real star. Fabulous breakfast. The formula seems to have been carefully modified: the breakfast offer gives access to everything you want on the menu! A treat...and rather normal compared to the price anyway!
The swimming pool is a rather cramped and small swimming corridor but it remains pleasant due to its location - not hot enough for me to stay there for a long time!

Le Castelbrac, more than a hotel, an emotion

There are places whose address we would not like to noise. Like a secret that would be jealously kept. A place we would like to keep to ourselves. And yet it encourages sharing.
As soon as the gate of the car park is crossed, another world is revealed. Smooth, warm, beautiful. The setting of this establishment, from the very beginning, bewitches. The stones, the mineral, the vegetation cascading down to the sea, are immediately transported to a place of calm and serenity. With the awareness of penetrating a bubble that looks like, misunderstood, happiness.
I will have only one piece of advice then. To those who will have the chance to come for the first time, take your time. Forget your luggage – literally and figuratively – and let yourself be carried by an attentive and professional team.
The welcome here is courteous, warm, smiling. All the staff invested with one and the same consistency: make the stay sweet, pleasant, unforgettable. Without anything ostentatious. The real luxury here is sobriety. In simplicity. Like a real guest house.
The rooms are warm, cleverly decorated, mixing contemporary with English fabrics, design with discreet reminders of the past. Open towards the Priory Bay, the ramparts of Saint-Malo, the view invites to daydream, to let go and one is almost surprised at the sudden well-being felt to hear the sea, so close, so murmur.
The starred table led by Julien Hennote is generous and highlights local products, coastal fishing with absolute respect - and in its processing and cooking - of each food. Scallop snacked in its shell is just a pure wonder. The choice of wines is very open. We even discovered a Norman wine! Brunches are gourmet and hearty breakfasts. With a perfect egg just... perfect. As for pastries, they are pure delicacies.
Every stay at this establishment is like a passion that weaves with an enchanting place and those who make it live. Once again, I would like to express our gratitude for the care and attention that each of us pays. Coming to Castelbrac is like returning to your home port after a long journey. And, without quoting you, we thank you all for that.
