Go ahead with your eyes closed

Perfect Welcoming, impeccable bedding, top breakfast with only local and short circuit, hotel as we like.
5 minutes walk to shops and restaurants.

Charming hotel in Feurs

Charming hotel, good location in Feurs, setting and top welcome. the rooms are cozy and well equipped, very comfortable bedding.
Breakfast is very hearty.
David in the sense of welcome
I will return with pleasure on a future stay.

A pleasant stop-over

We stayed here one night on our way further south and it proved to be a good choice. The hotel is situated beside the railway line but the level of sound insulation is so good that we did not hear the trains in our room. We had a triple room with a strange plastic shower and bathroom pod in it but it served its function and in fact the shower was very good. The manager is very welcoming and he served us a good breakfast which had the usual items but his fruit salad deserves a mention -it was strawberries, pineapple, balsamic vinegar and fresh basil.
The decor of the hotel is eclectic with some older decor but it is very comfortable
We would come here again

Charming

A lovely hotel in a somewhat quiet town. We stayed here on our way to Gorges du Verdon. It is next to the main rail line to Lyon and the train station. Our room overlooked the rail and was a bit noisy but we were generally too tired to care.
It is run by a husband & wife team. No English is spoken so be prepared to test your French! They are both very charming & welcoming and helped to speed up the second leg of our journey by suggesting an alternative route.
The hotel itself is a lovely large house that may possibly have been one of the railway hotels in what was once a very prosperous town.
The colour scheme is interesting with each room painted in a single colour. There is no tea/coffee in the room so make sure you having something for during the night.
Breakfast was typically French & plenty of it.
The hotel is only B&B so you will need to venture back into the town (walking distance) for lunch, dinner etc.
All in all great value & a good friendly service.

Great welcome

Four friends and myself stayed here a couple of weeks ago whilst cycling. In all my years in staying in hotels i have never been made so welcome. The owner shook us all by the hand and his lovely wife led five tired cyclists to our rooms. Rooms were pleasantly decorated and well furnished. The owner recommended a good restaurant and loaned us some umbrellas to stop us from getting wet. The place had good character.
