A few points to improve for it to be perfect

Very good stay in this hotel. The welcome was particularly friendly and the checkout formalities were very fast.
We had an immense suite, very well equipped and very comfortable. The hotel is also quiet, which allows for a really good rest. The breakfast is varied and the evening meal was pleasant.
Only point to improve: access to the parking lot. Despite the information provided, it is difficult to find the right entrance, and then to locate the spaces reserved for the hotel once inside. The person at the front desk did not seem really surprised by this difficulty, which suggests that the problem is known. Clearer signage would be welcome.
Another suggestion regarding breakfast: during the high turnout on the second day, there were not enough seats available, especially because some tables for four were occupied by only two people. Seating by the staff could help to better distribute guests and avoid this situation.
Overall, a very good experience, with a remarkable suite and warm service.

good experience but could do better

good family experience with the family rate and half board, except that the toilet door does not lock... and I find the restaurant menu very limited because many items have a large supplement (8 euros for a dish, 12 euros for cheese) and I must admit that I ended up paying at the end for something I did not consume because someone at the bar gave my room number. otherwise the staff is charming, the breakfast buffet is really good. the parking is paid but at a fair price compared to downtown hotels and has plenty of space. The gym is small but decent if you are alone (except that the water cooler is empty)

Very disappointing experience.

We had booked online, with payment on-site. A young woman at the front desk charged us more, and following our surprise she finally charged the correct price!!! 2nd more serious blunder: having booked a 30 m2 Deluxe room, the lady assigned us a small room!!! We went to see her to tell her that the room was not the right one! She tried to rip us off by arguing that the small rooms were also Deluxe . We threatened to leave...she pretended to go ask for her manager's approval, and returned a few minutes later to assign us the right room. Gratuitous malice!! Unprofessional!!! It is a great shame because we enjoy this hotel.

Spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Good parking facilities, but not that easy to find. The receptionist was very kind and happy to assist.

City Centre Comfort

Comfortable city centre hotel, next to the railway station. Friendly, multilingual staff, good food and bar, recently refurbished and has the kost amazing cheese display!
