A deplorable experience

I have stayed dozens of times in this establishment, for many years. I liked the place (on the lake) even though lately the level of staff and service had dropped dramatically. Despite this I remained faithful to this hotel. Unfortunately, lately the hotel staff behaved very regrettably in refusing our reservation without any valid reason, citing a one-time health problem of my wife a year ago. An absolutely unacceptable and discriminatory attitude. My advice: absolutely avoid this property until a next change of ownership/staff, which should be soon if they continue their present behavior.

Disappointing value for money

The services are not worth the price paid, even if cleanliness and lake view are excellent.
250€ for a room, with rates that vary and incomprehensible depending on the site, even that of the hotel!
Partial window curtain, no kettle, empty fridge, brief minimum service...for maximum price

Relax!

Always a pleasure to return to this hotel. We appreciate the bathrobes, the safe, the small fridge, the whirlpool tub, the quality and comfort of the bedding with a double bed, the quiet, the view of the lake of Hossegor, the balcony to spend good times with lighting, the diversity and generosity of the breakfast which is offered until 10:30 in the morning and can be served in your room by very smiling staff, the cleaning staff of the rooms that make the minimum noise , a team at the top level welcome, efficiency, helpful, while remaining discreet and respecting the quiet for guests. Thank you all. We intend to come back more often than at present. I had posted a message in the past but this one only confirms the qualities of this hotel! And thank you also for the commercial gesture (because of this damn flu on December 31)... If you want to relax, dream, listen, watch breathing... you are in the right place without coming from very far! This hotel is just in the right location.

Room very limit for 170€ per night!!!

I booked a double room at 170 € per night for Valentine’s Day weekend.
The room was old with lots of imperfections, complaints peeled off, stains on the walls paint shot quickly made to the ceiling. Minibar on the ground, unplugged.
The person at the front desk who was very nice, told us that they were redoing the rooms.
I would have liked to be informed that this one was not redone or possibly lower the price.
Not an apology email.
