Fantastic Little Hotel

A very friendly hotel that had exceptionally clean and tidy rooms. The receptionist was very pleasant, helpful and couldn't do enough for us. With an excellent location to break up a long journey I would definately recommend this hotel.

Warning: Restaurant is closed on Sunday and closes at 8.30pm on other nights!

This small family run hotel is about 70km North of Bordeaux on the single carriageway part of the N10. Though there is some noise from passing traffic, if you close the doors and windows properly, the sound proofing is pretty good. Sadly, I arrived on Sunday quite late and was told the restaurant was closed. I enquired about nearby eating places and was told the nearest was 10km away. Luckily I had plenty of food in my vehicle and so had a good supper in my room washed down with beer bought from the hotel.
My room was very comfortable and had television and wifi. The hotel is also dog friendly and there is a swimming pool which should be operating by the end of May. The rooms have central heating, but I did not see any air conditioning which could be a problem in mid-summer. The price of the room and breakfast was €58 which seems fair.
If you are intending to stay overnight, make certain that you either arrive before 8.30pm or phone up explaining you will be arriving later and eat on the road. On Sunday, be warned that there is no possibility of dinner!
Bearing this in mind, I found the hotel very friendly and comfortable, I shall definintely stay here again.

Ideal for overnight stops when travelling South

This is a lovely, small, friendly, family run, budget hotel. Good location for an overnight stop when travelling south (adjacent N10, north of Bordeaux). Recently refurbished in a modern style, basic, but comfy beds and pillows. Hot shower. Spotlessly clean.
Enjoy the home cooked Plat de Jour. Good value for money. Has the bonus of a swimming pool if you arrive hot!
Some traffic noise as it is close to N10, but good double glazing in rooms. Not a problem for us.
If you do want to stay longer the surrounding area is lovely. Have it on our list for future stays!

Très bel découverte

Un hôtel avec un accueil encore humain même lors d'une arrivée tardive. Pas de machine, simplement la parole et le sourire de la maîtresse des lieux. Chambre parfaite, très belle découverte.
Merci à Madame et Monsieur qui sont des passionnés.

Confort minimaliste et contact déplaisant

Hôtel style motel avec chambres à accès direct et donnant sur une piscine. La chambre était parfaitement propre mais au confort minimal. Par exemple pas de porte-serviette dans le cabinet de toilette, pas de rideau occultant ou volet à la fenêtre. Mais surtout nous avons été informés que l'hôtel n'appliquait pas les règles sanitaires Covid en vigueur depuis le 21 juillet (hôtel avec piscine) et n'envisageait pas de le faire
