We were warmly greated by multilingual receptionist who went out of her way to provide a table in shade whilst final preparations were completed in the room.
A cool drink was ordered after a long hard trip in high heat.

OK place, little meny on sundays. Marie was really good, other personel said all the time when asking questions and not much flexibility in ordering food. Except if it was Marie :)

The charm of stopping along the way and discovering new places.

Next rest stop on our journey through France, Germany, and the Dolomites, arrival at the hotel to visit the surroundings. The hotel is magnificent, with super friendly reception, and they also have a restaurant, so we were able to have dinner there both nights we stayed, and the recommendations from reception were very helpful. We visited the Château de Malbrouck, famous for the song 'Malbrú se fue a la guerra...' etc. We also visited Fort Hackenberg, part of the Maginot Line, which is impressive to see. Visit to Sierck les Bains, the Castle of the Dukes of Lorraine, and everything was great.

Very nice discovery

Small unpretentious hotel, but very warm staff, listening and smiling. Nice room, neat bedding and impeccable cleanliness. Breakfast varied with regional products.Excellent.
