Great family atmosphere & comfortable, clean rooms!
The Privilege Room on 1st floor was great and we stayed for 6 nights. Claudia at the front desk was spectacular in making sure gluten free snacks were available. Claudia also helped with planning and arranging transportation. Beatrice helped with the Go City / Paris Art Museum passes that we had. Everyone was so nice and it felt like family.
The breakfast and coffee were terrific. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. On the first floor, it is an easy walkup, if you don’t want to wait for the elevator. We would definitely stay hear again.
The trade-off is the trains you hear going underground is nearer to you than on a higher floor. The noise level is tolerable and the air quality seemed OK. However, if you have a respiratory ailment ( i.e. COPD or asthma) try to get a privilege room om a higher floor.

Best value for money in Paris
I loved the hotel. At the front desk, they are very polite and attentive, especially Melanie. The breakfast is very much worth it.
I really like the hotel's decor and that they offer free soft drinks, fruit, candy, and pastries from 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
The rooms are very spacious, and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. They leave all kinds of free drinks in the fridge that they restock.
In addition, they give you the opportunity to be able to enter any of the company's hotels and have a snack for free.
The hotel is in a safe neighborhood and close to subways and many buses. We will definitely be back!!!

Fantastic stay in a perfect location!
An excellent stay! We stayed in the quadruple room and we loved it: it was super spacious, nice, and was impeccable. In addition, the hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to us. The location is fantastic; we were just 10 minutes from the Galeries Lafayette and about a 20-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Without a doubt, a perfect place to return to. Totally recommended!

The right hotel on the right bank
Located on the right bank it is (as are its sister Astotels) a long walk or a metro ride away from many Parisian tourist sites, but the comfortable rooms, the excellent breakfast buffet, the pleasant multilingual staff, the great price, and the relatively easy-to-use metro more than make up for any potential downside. The plumbing, wifi, TV, lighting, mini fridge—everything worked well. Nearby are the pretty church of St Augustin, a post office, a Monoprix supermarket, various restaurants, and an excellent self-service laverie. This was my second stay at this hotel, and I can’t wait for the next time!

Very high-quality stay, a very good location.
