Lovely hotel on a quiet street in the 17ième arrondissement. Strong air conditioning (stayed during a week where daily highs were >95°F), clean rooms, nice bathroom, friendly staff. My room faced a courtyard and I didn’t have any issues with noise (except during the French vs Morocco World Cup quarterfinals when I’m sure half the city was yelling — didn’t mind since it helped me keep score and added to my cultural experience).
Two notes for consideration:
1) room was petite. I didn’t mind at all - met my expectations for boutique Paris hotel - but would’ve been tighter for 2x people. Manageable but worth considering if you have a lot of luggage / more than one person in the room. There’s still closet space to use, though.
2) Hotel keys didn’t leave the property. Assumed this was because the key fobs used to access the rooms would be expensive to replace if they went missing. Again, I didn’t mind: there was always someone available at the concierge desk and they were lovely and very friendly when accepting/returning my key each day (even when I left the hotel 3x in one evening…).
Grateful for the concierge and housekeeping staff for making my stay enjoyable - would come back :)

Small room.
Hygienic bathroom just right, many joints moldy or badly made.
Too much water pressure has been unpleasant and cannot be regulated. And the operation by buttons is not evident and especially capricious (buttons sometimes refuse to stop/start)
Very bad interior soundproofing: you can hear everything going on in the hallway, having a room in front of the elevator and stairs I was spoiled. Besides, the doors slam heavily!
Fortunately the soundproofing on the street side is very good we absolutely do not hear vehicles.
The welcome is very professional and efficient, the staff is smiling and attentive.
The TV is of poor quality (the mute didn't even work), and you'll only get the tnt and still often with "weak signal" errors.
I couldn't find the slippers that were supposed to be supplied.
The temperature was very hot in the room, and the air conditioning was locked so it took time before the temperature dropped.
Minibar: empty cf photo!
Breakfast 20 euros: not worth them!
Very very few choices, frozen pastries (we are in a 4* I remind)
Not even hot chocolate, three jams and a spread.
Scrambled eggs salted bacon and that's it!
And the second day was worse: everything was missing, right down to the cutlery. Forced to beg cup, plates covered milk bread pastries... of war tired I dropped in front of empty jars. The bofbof homemade cake, the scrambled eggs failed (it was an omelet!) and dried.
Fortunately the reception apologized spontaneously but it remains no less acceptable at 20 euros particularly in a 4*.
The big positive remains the location.
At the end of the stay the reception sincerely apologized for the services and promised a commercial gesture.
This proposal has never been implemented despite my relaunch.
In short, a 3* hotel, no more.
Very disappointed I will not come back.

Lovely hotel small but extremely clean everything you need. Only complaint was breakast needs a tea pot for tea not a machine that gives you about quarter of a cup of water and also coffee only thing about this hotel that needs addressing. We had a fantastic stay other than the drinks.

Perfect Hotel - Affordable, Excellent Location and Friendly Staff
There are no words for this hotel other than "perfection'. If you're considering whether to book here, just do it. We could not have been happier. First, the location is absolutely, spot on the best. We were able to walk everywhere including down to the Arc de Triomphe where we met up with our day trip tour groups. The metro and train station are only a short walk. A prominent shopping district is about a half mile away. Just around the corner there are two absolutely fantastic bakeries or patisseries which we frequented daily, and there are a few wonderful neighborhood restaurants as well just around the corner. We did NOT purchase the hotel breakfast as it seemed expensive and with so many wonderful options just down the street, there was no need. We much preferred the local bakeries vs the hotel food and even visited the local grocer for grab and go bites which were much more affordable.
Second, the staff at this hotel could not have been more pleasant or helpful. We had a problem with our credit card company blocking a charge for our train tickets, and the hotel manager approved them purchasing for us and adding it to our room charge, so everything sent through smoothly. Gabriela Xavier was particularly helpful when we needed directions for our departure. She not only told us where we needed to go, but drew a paper map for us, wrote down what we needed to look for, so we would not get lost, and she created a route for us on my phone.
Others have complained that the rooms are small and to that all I will say is 'You're in Europe. Of course their small.' Our room was perfectly comfortable and had everything we needed. For the two or three hours of time we were in the room, we didn't need space. We needed a comfortable bed which ours most definitelyl was comfortable. The hotel was very quiet as well. We were not the only guests, but would not have known that because we heard no noise.
We experienced nothing but kindness from the staff and would not hesitate to book at this hotel again. They made our visit to Paris a wonderful experience.
