Booked 5 rooms but on arrive they tried to put us in 2 for sharing! The hotel was full of people who were there to work in the vineyards

Catastrophic

We had booked 2 rooms, upon arrival the hotel was closed!!! And they won't pay us back,because they had a car problem!!!!! We had to find another accommodation in emergency , we were cycling in the rain.

VERY AVERAGE

Wednesday November 15 in the evening, the hotels are mostly full because of the photo festival in Montier en der, we fell back on this hotel with a very French name, at the reception, the manager assumed he was speaking and did not understand barely speaking French, we took room 199, at the price of 75.7, breakfast included, an ordinary room, without heating, only one blanket, in short the minimum, an austere decor where it lacks freshness, I find it a real shame that this hotel belonging to a chain prides itself on the French welcome and flouts our basic rules of respect for our language and our traditions.

Bed bug

We came to visit on July 17, 2023 as a couple with our five month old baby. We were surprised at the lack of attendance in the hotel; we were alone. the hotel is a bit old but that's a detail that happened in the room we were surprised by the unbearable heat, the toilets were clogged And to top it all off the room was infested with bedbugs! My 5 month old baby is covered in stitches! We packed up immediately, however, we were reimbursed directly.

OK for one night

The hotel was a bit tired and the rooms not very inviting. But the place was clean enough and fine for one night transit on a cycle trip across Europe.
The owner is a great guy, very welcoming. Staff were helpful and pleasant too. The restaurant was excellent and I definitely recommend it.
