This is not a typical hotel that you walked in to a lobby instead it has various cabins with great views of the mountains around. You can walk to the lake within 2 minutes. The staff is also very helpful. We stayed one night for a family trip and overall everything was great.

Disappointing

Very nice place. Near the lake. Easy access and parking.
Very expensive for such a poor rental.
An average of 350 € per night, we expect much better.
No air conditioning with rooms under roof, 35 degree with small velux without shutter.
Very few dishes (6 people 6 glasses)..
Nothing to peel your vegetables, no spatula, ...
All the shutters of the house are unusable, none close....all broken or poorly laid which prevents you from keeping a little fresh in the house without air conditioning.
Towel dryer in the rusty bathroom.
Dirty shower cabin outside.
Broken extension.
Garden table that must be more than 20 years old, the wood crumbles...
2 kayaks are offered for all rentals on the site... About 50 people
If we compare the price-performance ratio... To avoid

Good Price quality ratio

We rented a studio for one night and were delighted with the experience. Well placed, pleasant Welcoming, comfortable.
No lake view but absolute calm, but hotels that offer it have rates twice as high or are on the hyperbryuante road

Great location.

We rented a Duplex apartment from June 15 to 17. Very well received, clean apartment nothing to say. Close to downtown Annecy and close to a grocery store.
Well located 100 meters from Lake Annecy.
Washing machine available
Bicycle available
The only problem is Internet speed (ADSL). Flow rate too low for children in the evening 2 mb/s. Fiber would be a small asset to finalize the quality of service...
