Very nice and very helpful Welcoming whether it's night or day
On the other hand, the Hygiene Service is not at the top, dust on the ground, you can also find other guests s effects in beds and cabinets.

TO FLEE!!

We arrived at this hotel just horrible we opened the door and discovered our yogurt skin (our tiny room)
It was tiny and the bathroom doesn’t even mention it
The double beds were dented we went straight to another hotel.. À FUÏRE!!!

A Word: Run away

First, I book a room after seeing the product description on the Accor website:
"Cabrio room with private bathroom - Novelty #ontheroad
La Cabrio is the premium room by hotelF1! Equipped with a large comfortable bed with a duvet for 2 people, it also benefits from a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Your bed is already made on arrival."
And here are the reasons why I'm asking for the refund for this night:
- At the reception, the night watchman tells us that it is his first night and that he has only received a simple quick training of 3 hours before taking up his duties. He will tell us that he is tired because he has already worked 12 hours a day in an Ehpad (it seems to me)!!!
- The invoice is not compliant: I am charged 2 tourist and departmental taxes while there is 1 adult accompanied by 1 minor so only 1 tourist tax should have been charged.
- The room advertised as “Premium”: see photos in P.J
A smell of cold tobacco greets us: all our laundry is impregnated: who pays to wash it?
A bug is quietly installed on the detector and indisposes us
Television is for absent subscribers!
The partition at the switches is smashed
I will let you control the dirt in the shower room (black traces and feces under the sink).
- The morning staff told me that a bug was edible after I expressed my dissatisfaction: Including Act!!!!!
- Breakfast: I didn’t expect Premium but still:
Pasta dough resembling raw bread
Jams in large jars (hygiene??)
My daughter tasted marble and found it expired (rancid acrid smell).

Dirty hotel; uncrowded with most of the toilets closed; the others have almost flooded with water (maybe not only water). ; es disgusting showers.. we also notice a dubious leak on the corridor lino from the ceiling ..
To complete the picture crowded parking and noise. FUYEZ!!!
