Overall great experience. Spacious rooms with plenty of amenities and an attentive staff. I only have one complaint - this hotel seems to be suffering from a rather severe fruit fly infestation. Get that under control and you deserve every one of those 3 stars.

We came with family.to visit the area and Christmas markets. The property is very well placed and the welcome is exceptional

Room was very clean, breakfast was good. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and relatives.

Excellent hotel close to the center and remarkably held.
First impression on arrival from the station (easy with bus n•10 to 100 meters): welcome the most pleasant and immediate advice for our stay to discover Strasbourg and these famous Christmas markets and restaurant addresses.
The medium-sized hotel (39 rooms) and family atmosphere is remarkably well maintained: service, cleanliness and room ( excellence, as far as we are concerned) at the top.
Spacious, very quiet (I have light sleep) bright with all the necessary comfort: superb.
Breakfast very varied with as only downside: a little waiting for hot drinks served at the table, but the kindness of all the staff is to be emphasized, thank you to you.
15 minutes walk to be in front of the Cathedral: so in the historic center, and 20 minutes for little France, for walkers: no worries.
The only drawback is that there is no restaurant and therefore you have to go out , usually in the direction of the old strasbourg 15-20 minutes walk .
Special mention for a hotel that respects its eco-responsibility commitments, this changes from those who put a poster not to change towels and do not take it into account , glass bottle of water in room for another example: thank you.
The neighborhood is very nice and beautiful from an architectural point of view, very quiet, hotel easily accessible from the station by bus n•10 which drops us off from the exit of the station just 100 meters from the hotel, otherwise tram a little further (500 meters): convenient and easy.

Overnight stop, lovely welcome, superior room very spacious and clean. May get hot in the Summer. Clean bathroom with complimentary goods. Best to have a room away from the lift, which makes a bit of noise. Recommended as a good place to stay. Central location.
