خيار للعائلة الكبيرة بسعر جيد

الاقامة عبارة عن فيلا طابقين من غرفتين نوم وصالة ومطبخ و3 حمامات (حمامين في الطابق الاول واحد في الماستر مع بانيو والاخر في الغرفة الثانية مع شاور والثالث في الطابق الارضي بدون شاور)
وجود شطاف في جميع الحمامات
وجود وايفاي مجاني في كامل الفيلا
وجود اشتراك نتفليكس وبرايم فيديو ويوتيوب في جهاز التلفزيون
وجود غسالة ملابس
وجود مطبخ متكامل
وجود حديقة خارجية مع منقلة للشواء وجلسة خارجية
الفيلا واسعة ومجهزة بجميع احتياجاتك
توفير اسرة اضافية مجانا عند الحاجة
The villa is two floors with two bedrooms, hall, kitchen and three bathrooms (two in first floor, one in master room with patio and other in second room with shower, while third in ground floor without shower)

الفيلا تحتاج الى بعض الصيانة حيث ان بعض الابواب الحشبية لا تغلق بسهولة كما ان بعض الستاير تحتاج الى اصلاح
وجود بعض الحشرات في الصالة بسبب طبيعة المنطقة
الستائر قد لا تغطي كامل النوافذ
عدم وجود مكيف وهو احد عيوب منطقة باكورياني حيث ان الجو خلال الظهر يتطلب وجود مكيف ولكن مساء وصباحا الجو بارد
Villa needs some maintenance as some wood doors not closing properly (mainly Toilets) and some curtains required fixing
there is few insects on the hall due to nature of the area
curtains may not cover the whole window on ground floor
no air-condition and this is the problem of whole Bakuriani, weather in noon time require air-condition while night and morning is cold

STAY AWAY... It is just a house run by a women. They have no services what so ever. They don't even clean your villa. I had to request so many times to have my villa cleaned and they sent someone who did a very basic job without putting any toiliteries or towels. Linens were never changed and I stayed there for 5 nights. By the way, staff is also very grumpy. my advise is that choose a different property if you want your holiday to be enjoyable.

The best location, beautiful villa, BUT THE BEST THING IS THE MANAGER, THE MOST ATTENTIVE, PROFESSIONAL AND LOVELY LADY ANYONE COULD ENCOUNTER. BRAVO!!!

The rooms were not clean, the room was not fully equipped. The location is remote and everything needs a vehicle. The hotel has one staff member who speaks English and although she is very cute she cannot do everything

The location was excellent and close to the ski runs. I wouldn't exactly describe it as ski in/out as was a little bit of a distance between it and the ski runs. Close to snow that is good for children to play on.
The property was very spacious and had plenty of room. The heating was excellent with the ability to turn up or down as needed. Some of the locks on the bathroom doors were very damaged and couldn't be closed or locked. The fireplace was boarded up (although was advertised as having an open fireplace). There were holes in the cushions on the sofa with the stuffing coming out. One of the handrails on the staircase was not fixed tightly so moved,
Saying that, the beds were comfortable and I would stay there again.
