Very successful holiday for the whole our family

Good location.
The staff was very attentive and friendly, especially would like to highlight the barmen and the driver. Thank you people
The rooms are comfortable and clean.
Breakfast didn't meet our expectations. There was practically nothing hot for breakfast. All food is cold. You won't leave hungry, but breakfast should be better.

There are many hotels and hostels in this resort, so I do not recommend to stay in this hotel, hot water intermittently, "watching" the hotel can be rude, save your nerves, I put 3 out of respect for the waiter and cleaners, and so 2, all good luck

COULDN'T ASK FOR BETTER PLACE

This hotel was beyond our expectations. From staff ambiance, to all amenities, to all the breathtaking views, to cleanliness, to friendliness, calmness, amazing breakfast and what not.
One can not ask for a better staycation!!! Loved every bit of our stay.

good

as ski area ; the location of hotel too close to ski point ( 50 meters ) ;
entrance is fine ( narrow ) as cold area !!
lobby too small ; but it is enough ;
rooms are very good ; bathrooms too ; with all amineties ; very clean
dinner & breakfast are fine ( not too much items ) but it's good ; fresh.served at 2 floor nearby the elegant bar seating & huge terrace ;
staff very helpful ; specially the owner of hotel ;mr emzal ; polite & modest ;

Near perfection ..

Must be a new wing and everything was spick and span. Lovely room with balcony. Plenty of storage space, hairdryer, kettle, free water and heating on all day and night even though we did not need it.
Buffet dinner was well served with a pleasant waiter who served us at breakfast as well. Plenty of Georgia specialities.
