Very much liked it. Only great experiences left.

Very good hotel location, rooms clean, beds very comfortable, staff very friendly, breakfasts decent.Hotel owner diplomat.Also provide transfer to any places in Georgia. They treat you to the best wine.

Most terrible Discovery Hotel Kudasi

This hotel has great location but very very terrible conditions. Shower is leaking, electrical plugs are falling off the wall, carpets are stained and worn out, cleanliness is freaking horrible, bed sheets are stained and the bed will give one a backache even if you don't have one. This hotel should be strike off. And the balcony is not even safe to stand on. Definitely totally disappointed that this hotel is even allowed to operate. SHAMEFUL!!!

Decent accommodation

We are a family of four and stayed in the family room in this hotel just for a night because we wanted a break in our journey. The family room was massive and clean. It could use some uplifting in terms of it looking a bit dated and old but otherwise there was no issue with it. The beds were comfortable and it had all the basic amenities.
The location was excellent, just off their Colchis fountain square. Lots of restaurant and bar options in the area.
The breakfast was a little too basic and not good at all.

Good Price for Value

This is centrally located hotel with a restaurant in the lobby. Rooms are spacious, some with a great view of the Bagrati Cathedral and Jewish quarter, but those have much noise. Breakfast could be better although the woman who works in the kitchen came earlier to serve us. Convenient for a business traveler.

Avoid

The only good thing is the location. Close to center but quiet. But the room is very simple, we had no fridge, no hairdryer, only AC worked good. Bathroom is another story - shower had broken floor so all the water was in whole bathroom. Smell from canalization. Breakfast was a joke, I think..... Only sausage, old bread, butter, marmalade..... Staff has no idea what is english and is really unwilling. For oversleep it is enough, but for longer stay definitely not.
