Nice place and friendly hosts. The location is nice, but not a 10 minute walk to the old town like someone else wrote. It is about 20 minutes.
I liked the place, but there is little soundproofing, though the streets are quiet around 10 PM. There was no mini fridge and no bidet (which was indicated on the page).
But all in all, nice! Good breakfast though it starts a bit late at 8, but they literally cook it on the spot so it is fresh! And lovely homemade jams and spreads.

Must visit

The hotel is small, beautiful, and located in a quiet area. Most importantly, it was spotlessly clean. The owner welcomed us even though we arrived earlier than expected and kindly offered us a treat as we were all tired. She prepared our rooms immediately so we could check in. Breakfast was served earlier, as we had requested, and it was very good. If you ever visit Kutaisi, this hotel is highly recommended.

For the money was fabulous. Nice little breakfast in the morning to get you going. We had a small dog with us and was not a problem.

Very nice hotel, very well located in Kutaisi, quiet area, 10 minutes walk from the city center. Very welcoming, kind, and helpful owners, very clean rooms, generous breakfast, excellent value for money. I recommend this hotel.
