Highly recommended.

We had two single rooms with a balcony. Everything tip top. Unfortunately, the minibar refrigerators were defective (but will be replaced shortly). Otherwise, there was absolutely nothing to complain about here. On the contrary - the friendliness of all the staff is particularly noteworthy - even the immediate assistance with a garage due to a defect in the convertible top was no problem - great wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools and a Finnish sauna - breakfast very extensive - restaurant on the ground floor as well as the revolving restaurant on the top floor - coffee & cake 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM as well as the twice-weekly buffet 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM are highly recommended. We would love to come back.

Nice revolving restaurant in the Wildpark Hotel

We were at the 360-degree revolving restaurant on the roof of the hotel. The rotation was amusing, and there were fresh cakes and pastries from a bakery. The apparently leaky and only temporarily patched roof was disturbing.

Vegan, Tupper can

Pros: Very nice location, right next to a free game park, children's playground, climbing forest, so also something for families.
Hotel was clean, staff always friendly.
A revolving rooftop cafe used to be an experience, but not for everyone. A large swimming pool, which unfortunately looked a bit boring and seemed a bit dirty because of the huge, naturally splashed mirrors. Pub pool was empty, steam room out of order. Overall, a bit of a shame.
Restaurant was very nice, just the area under the glass dome, super nice ambience. For meat eaters, the food was very delicious, but as a vegan there was zero choice except the vegetable side dishes. Even despite previous inquiries by email, the statement that the kitchen is prepared for anything has not been confirmed. Unfortunately not suitable for vegans.
In the room there was not even a bottle of water for free and in the minibar no prices. If you don't know, you drink the water, for example, and then you get the bill.
They wanted to send a small forgotten Tupper can for 12€, which I find outrageous.

Lousy hospitality

The view is beautiful and value for money coherent, but if you have to wait with your 90-year-old mother and other elderly guests crowded before moving out 5 minutes standing (although 5 m further the free chairs are standing), on the grounds that it had not yet opened and the staff.would still have to prepare what was definitely and visibly not the case, then something is wrong with the hospitality. This can happen to you at ALDI, but it's definitely a very bad style in a hotel. Nobody would have bothered, the elderly people would have let themselves sit down, in addition they had a long journey (e.g. Bonn) behind them.

Good value for money in the quiet

Great location, away from noise and traffic.
Animal park nearby, with nice walks in the woods , at the door of the hotel.
Professional and efficient welcome, spacious room with balcony on the forest.
pool + sauna clean and relaxing.
Evening meal in the restaurant "rotating" (located on the roof of the hotel ) buffet style. Come from the opening (6 p.m.) , because the buffet is quickly "disaster" and unappetizing. Young and responsive restaurant service.
Buffet breakfast with basic products and possibility of "lunch paket". Easy parking close to the hotel. Overnight stay as part of my job.
