Very lovely & convenent hotel to discover Bautzen

The Villa Antonia is very well located, close to the outer ring of Bautzen, so that you can leave your car at the hotel parking lot and go on foot on discovery tour.
The atmosphere of the hotel is quite cosy. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant room in the basement (where you can get the breakfast) is decorated in tirolian style, providing a very nice atmosphere. In the morning you can get a typical continental breakfast.
All in all a very good choice!

Classic European Hotel

This hotel used to be a home, and in classic European style, has lots of stairs to climb. We were on the top floor where we had lovely views from the dormer windows. The restaurant was amazing and the receptionist/waitress couldn't have been any nicer, even packed us a breakfast for our early morning departure!

If you are in the area, this is a cute place to stay

We were on our way to Poland and stopped here after a whole day of driving. The town was really a fun place to visit. The hotel is near the walking area. We walked to town and looked around and came back to the hotel where we enjoyed eating at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and neat. The bathroom was modern. There was a TV with many channels, CNN and BBC. I enjoyed very much and wish it was on the way to a place I go by often. The people working at the hotel were super friendly. The breakfast downstairs was also very nice nice with many choices.

Beautiful well run small hotel easy walking distance to the centre of town

I was visiting the birthplace of my ancestors and so was very excited to arrive in Bautzen. The receptionist spoke excellent English and had lived in Australia for 12 months. She was very freindly and gave us a ground floor room which was very convenient and comfortable. A full breakfast was served each morning with a wide selection of cold cuts, bread,cereal, fruit and salad. Would very happily return here.

Nicely refurbished rooms

Villa Antonia was easy to find. Parking provided in their lot. We had a nice dinner in their restaurant - typical German fare, reasonably priced. The building looks older from the outside and inside, but our room had been very nicely refurbished. It was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast average.
