Beautifully located Vinotel

On our journey from Bischofswiesen to Mainz, we booked a stop at the Vinotel of the Helmstetter family. Beautifully situated in Bürgstadt, this lovely Vinotel surprises its guests with great rooms, very comfortable beds, a wonderful breakfast, very friendly hosts, and beautiful nature right outside the door. Whether hiking through the nearby vineyards or cycling along the Main, there is something for everyone here. The hotel's special arrangements are also worth mentioning. Something is offered in every season. We will come back because one night was far too little...

Excellent surprise

A simple and practical hotel, very clean, very friendly staff, good own production wines and good breakfast.
Next to Miltenberg.

Cellar tour with wine prune

Hello, we were there with 3 campers and were warmly welcomed! The tour and subsequent wine tasting with the owner was outstanding.
We can only recommend this house, we will come back.

On the trail of wine

We spent an excellent wine weekend. Modern rooms in top condition and absolutely reasonable to the price. Breakfast buffet is ok, is greatly enhanced by eggs as desired.
Highlight was the wine hike "On the trail of wine" with the senior, simply unforgettable, and together with the wine tour and dinner a great experience during which cultural wines were tasted (after 12 different wines stopped counting...).
What could be better? Despite the quality of the hotel, you are "to visit" a winegrower family, you should be aware of that, not in a 5-star hotel. Those who are snorted when, for example, instead of cappuccino there is only coffee, will be disappointed. If that (like us) doesn’t bother, spend a wonderful time in an authentic atmosphere.

Unfriendly and not as described

Very unfriendly welcome on arrival. Don't get drinks at 31 degrees as it's a village festival! Hotel cancelled again and another booked. Not recommended for people who are used to a certain standard of friendliness and gastronomy.
