Very spacious studio style room with a kitchenette in a quiet suburb of Berlin. It was nice to get away from the crowds of the city after being in downtown Berlin for a week. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and tiday. They passed through and cleaned the room, and changed towels daily. One of the things I didn't like was that it was challenging to figure out how to access the entrance to the building especially at night. They need to make it clear to people that you have to pass through the construction site. So, better signage is needed right now. It rained a bit, so it was a bit muddy at one point for us to walk through it.

WARNING: DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!
Poorly run "hotel" in the middle of a dusty, noisy construction site. The room was dirty on arrival with goopy blue soap leaking in the bathroom sink and shower. Old ratty towels and a dusty floor was what I saw from day one. They never cleaned the room for the entire stay: only changed the sad looking towels and made up the bed with the same dirty linen.
I was woken up every night by reversing trucks and construction workers right outside my window in the wee hours of the morning while it was still dark. They give you no heads up that you will be living in the middle of a construction site - notice that all the photos on Expedia are of the interior - THAT'S FOR A REASON. Just ridiculous!
Barely any staff around. I noticed any random stranger could walk straight off the dusty road, into the building, right up to your door with no problem as there was no staff or locked doors up until you get to the room. Did not feel secure at all.
To add insult to injury, I was charged a random extra tax upon arrival (although the rest of my group was not), and neither Expedia nor the hotel cared that much to do anything about it.
If you think it's worth booking for the cheap price, think again! It's just not worth it, believe me. Take my advice and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Probably anywhere else would be better. One of the worst places I ever stayed at.

Poor sleep due to noise from construction which started before 6AM with the arrival of workers and vehicles. Linens poor quality

Construction works surrounding the hotel are noisy and creative a lot of dust
Bedlinen worn (hole in sheet), thin pillow, worn towels
Impossible to get a good night sleep
No cleaning equipment provided in kitchen
Good level of housekeeping
