thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your stay at THE MANDALA SUITES.
We appreciate your comments regarding the equipment of the suite. THE MANDALA SUITES offers six different room categories with varying layouts, and we are currently further developing and redesigning our suite concepts. As part of these ongoing improvements, the redesigned suites will in future feature a dedicated dining table as a standard element. Your suggestions regarding a toaster and complimentary bottled water have also been noted.
We also understand your impression regarding the personal atmosphere. THE MANDALA SUITES follows a serviced-apartment concept designed to offer our guests a high degree of privacy and independence. At the same time, our reception team is available during core hours and is always happy to assist personally whenever support is required.
Thank you again for your constructive comments. We would be pleased to welcome you back to THE MANDALA SUITES on a future visit to Berlin.
