Quietly located manor house oasis

We took the opportunity over the long Reformation Day weekend and spent a good time here before our favorite place goes into hibernation. For anyone who is mobile by car, this hotel offers a quiet starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea island of Rügen. The following aspects stood out.
+ quiet location
+ cozy manor house atmosphere with a beautifully landscaped driveway and small park
+ large room with high ceilings on the ground floor, plenty of space for a child's bed and sofa bed
+ super friendly staff
+ great culinary concept with snacks, family-style dinners and DIY pizza parties alternating
• delicious breakfast buffet
• small but perfectly adequate bathroom
• You can bring your own child's bed (child's bed on site only for an additional charge)
- Room and bathroom were very tidy, but not perfectly clean.
A small final remark: The really beautiful design concept could be carried through more consistently, for example with regard to the flooring in the room, the design of the bathroom or even details such as the flower pots.

Secluded, Clean

We liked staying here. It was a bit far from everything Rugen has to offer, but we made it work. This place is pet-friendly, which was crucial for us. It was bit pricey, but the breakfast was nice, and the property had plenty to do when we didn't feel like going out.

Great hotel!

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed it! Very friendly and helpfull employees, very good room and good breakfast. The garden is huge and worth a walk!
The price was fair as well.
We also had our diners in the restaurant, absolutely recommended. Good menu, well cooked and served with a smile.

Total comfort in Rügen's wild Northwest

A lovely Hotel with very attentive staff. We ate most meals in the Wintergarden looking out at an English garden with yellow roses lining the central path. This hotel is not on the beach, but rather on a Herrenhof surrounded by acres of wheat fields. The northwest is mostly undeveloped for tourists. It is perfect for hiking and biking and exploring by car. The breakfast is included and was a grand spread with scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon, meat and cheese platters, yoghurt with fruit and plain, fresh breads and rolls and cereal along with a large pot of coffee on every table. We can't wait to go back.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit ein paar Schwächen

Wunderschöne Lage, Super freundliches Personal absolut exzellente Küche.
Das Zimmer ok, einfaches, mini Bad, aber ok.
Was mir nicht so gefallen hat:
Das Essen ist wie gesagt absolut spitze, nur arg hunger haben darf man nicht. Trotz 3 Gängen bin ich nicht wirklich satt geworden. Wer den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und hungrig heim kommt sollte besser noch irgendwo ein Fischbrötchen einpacken.
Bei einem Zimmerpreis von 130 euro die Nacht würde ich erwarten, das die Zimmer gemacht werden. Das ist aber nicht der Fall.
Und schließlich das WLAN, ja es gibt eines und es kostet auch nichts aber es ist so langsam das man auch nichts damit anfangen kann. Leider ist die Handynetz-abdeckung in der Ecke so schlecht das man nur Edge hat aber selbst das ist schneller als das WLAN im Hotel.
