Almost a 5 star place keep up the good work

Absolutely a bargain for the room we got, plenty space great views, 8 nights for 2 of us. Went with a mate and place gave us a sofa bed as their twin room bads were rather close. Reception were excellent and very friendly. They were sly with breakfast however we knew it wasn't included but they sort of made it seem like it was upon arrival and we only found out at check out officially it wasnt ( we only went once) so wasn't a hassle. Breakfast could have been explained more in the morning woman offered drinks then refused fresh orange juive but didn't explain she was only offering hot drinks and fresh drinks were self service. Maids didn't come every day but the days they did come they done a grand job. Few things touched up would make it a 5 but over all a great visit and wish the business well

Not luxury, but extremely pleasant

A very pleasant little hotel where we have been staying for years because of the quiet rooms at the back facing the beautiful park-like garden, the super friendly and helpful staff, the excellent breakfast and the possibility of renting a Smart car by the day. The beds could be a bit wider though.

Amaxing

Absolutely amazing place to stay. We stayef here for 12 nights family of Seven. The members of staff were absolutely amazing so friendly nothing was to much trouble even when we were late home and the children were hungry they went out of their way to provide food for them. Our room was fabulous so much room and the shower was amazing. Thank you so much are first trip to Germany and you made it great for us diffentely recommend it to anyone x

The apartments are very far from the Hotel

We reserved this hotel to visit Euroshop trade fair. When our taxi dropped us off at the hotel lobby and we registered, we were told we now could walk with our luggage in cold and rainy weather for over one kilometre, crossing many roads and traffic to reach our apartment. There was no direct phone or communication with the hotel. We had to walk this every morning for breakfast or to check out.
For two days no one cleaned our rooms despite leaving the rooms at 8 am until we complained.
The apartment was ok but had very limited service, no teapot, no soap, etc

Nice hotel

This hotel is located 45min walking distance from the center of Dusseldorf (the old city). The staff was helpful and friendly.
The rooms were clean. Not that big.
Breakfast was OK for a 4-stars hotel.
