Arrived late after serious train delay but no problem with check in. Short walk from station.

Have felt more comfortable in cheaper hotels already.

Let's start small:
* No toothbrush cups in the bathroom
* No stopper in the sink, the water runs from the faucet directly into the drain
* You do get a "freshly tapped" bottle of water in your room, but no glasses ("You can just get them at the front desk")
* The coffee at breakfast is instant coffee (you can hear that no beans are being ground) and it tastes like it too.
* At night, people sit in front of the hotel and under the guest rooms, chatting loudly. Are they employees? At least you hear the outside door and then it is quiet.
Confronted with these points, the employee at check-out does not even feel the need to apologize or comment. On the contrary: He leaves me standing there without a word while he continues working. Only upon request does he say that everything is taken care of.
I was at this hotel twice this weekend: For the first and for the last time.

The staff were friendly, and the area is very quiet with easy, free parking nearby. The only complaint is that the bathroom smelled quite bad due to the pipes

Great stay

Great hotel for an overnight stay to and back ferry Kiel.
Breakfast was also fine. Clean rooms. However, there are many mosquitoes when you open the window.
Nice that there is also a parking garage under the hotel. Near the hotel within walking distance enough restaurants
