The hotel suite has high end decorations.
It is elegantly furnished yet giving a very cozy feeling during my stay. The neighbourhood is a sought after area for high income families, thus it is also a safe and attractive place.

No chance of sleeping.

Due to an enormous noise level, I can only advise against staying here; the windows are right next to an S-Bahn station and a very loud main road, making sleep impossible, as the windows have to be opened because of the extremely warm rooms. There is no air conditioning, directly and I mean directly at the S-Bahn STATION!!!! S-Bahn announcements, loud driving noises, arguments or chatting at night by the bike rack, newspaper delivery person with loud music...all of it right under the window is included for free......absolutely no recommendation. On the positive side, the rooms are really very!!! clean and tasteful. The staff is very nice but not super attentive...we were called to ask where we were, even though we were sitting on the terrace, then had to change rooms immediately because of a mistake.....etc...so for this price, no recommendation; as a former Hamburg resident, I stay in Hamburg frequently, but I have never gotten so little to no sleep....with air conditioning, everything would be no problem, but in the middle of midsummer, it is an imposition.

Disappointing

We had a very nice stay of three days at the hotel and wanted to book again for next year. When this was not possible after several attempts via the website, we were allowed to learn by phone that we are no longer welcome in the house. We didn't know why. Highly unprofessional and absolutely incomprehensible for us. Too bad!

Only one parking place, and you need to ask the hotel to clear it. But the did, nice!
A little difficult to find, it should be added in the information that it in connection with the restaurant that you see from the street. Breakfast we had to order, it went terribly slow, soft boiled eggs was forgotten, when they finally came they where uncooked. No offering af yoghurt. Room was lovely, fantastic with a nice top madras, but rooms was newly refurbished, and finish in the bathroom was not good.
Nice that the hotel was located just beside the U-bane👍
