Lovely Hotel in Good Location

Lovely room - good size, very comfy bed. Quality bathroom and shower.
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Nice little bar for an evening drink before bed.
Short metro ride from the city. District is safe and clean, shops and restaurants close by.
Loved the quirky decorations in this renovated old school.
Highly recommended.

Perfect hotel with really good breakfast! Location was not so nice, this part of Hamburg is not really scenic but a short uber ride or walk gets you to the city centre.

Gladly again.

We stayed at the Hotel Volksschule once and cannot really say anything negative about it.
The hotel is very tastefully decorated, and the attention to detail is simply well done.
The room is a very good size. The bathroom is designed to be high-quality and modern.
Not only the room, but the entire hotel is and has always been kept very clean.
The beds were too hard for us, but those are individual preferences. Others may see this differently.
The breakfast was also good, and there should be something for everyone.
The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
For a little nightcap, there is a bar with cozy seating areas.
It's just a pity that there is no HH beer on tap here.
In sunny weather, you can also sit comfortably in front of the hotel.
The free parking in front does not bother at all.
The location is good and also in a decent neighborhood of HH.
The subway station is less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and it takes you very quickly to the city.
All in all, choosing this hotel was the right decision, and we would book a room here again.
