The hotel has a great location near the city center with a big parking lot reserved for guests (for just 8€ per day). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was in two large rooms in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere with a great selection. But the highlight of the hotel is for sure the big spa area including a pool and 3 saunas.

Old......misses update.

Room on the 1st floor. Windows with no view. Building 0.5 meters from window, all 3 windows. Blowing running all night. Restaurant only on pre-order.
No bar.
Very old-fashioned, e.g. lack of sockets.

Nice and good hotel with few flaws.

There are plenty of parking spaces available in front of the house on the property. The house from the 19th century is very impressive. The beautiful stylish lobby. Unfortunately, the shower is in the bathtub. Unfortunately, the room cannot be completely darkened. The TV is a bit small. Sleep quality is good, but the mattresses are a bit too soft. The location is nice, and in just a few hundred meters, you are in the city center and at the harbor. We could not visit the house restaurant as it was closed that day. The spa area is very nice, with a large pool, various saunas, all in the style of Art Nouveau. The breakfast is in need of significant improvement. Only regular pot coffee and tea are available. The selection of dishes is modest.

Centrally located historic surroundings

Nice historic surroundings with good well-decorated rooms. Foyer and common rooms are unfortunately a roof shop with random hotel inventory.
Slow bureaucratic service, and where it is not clear what else one can offer, there is no minibar in the room.
Breakfast is excellent and served in a worn winter garden.
Restaurant disappointed in terms of expectations and price.

From the outside and also partly inside great ambience

Great location to downtown, ambience unique . We were there for the crocus blossom festival and the hotel was well attended.
But:
Unfortunately in the spa area got old. Swimming pool room air cold, water had no 24°, many push buttons for air nozzles etc. without function, only one sauna available.
In the basin at the extraction areas a lot of sand on the floor... where does it come from???
Unfortunately, no bar for a bagger,
Room ok, but again the housekeeping should look in the corners, especially in the bathroom.
Shower head calcified, water pressure too low. Air extraction system without function. No glasses in the room, a bottle of water in the room is standard today, here it is missing, as is the possibility for a quick coffee or tea.
Finally: Friendly staff, good breakfast
