Homemade cider from the Taunus!

My favorite restaurant in Idstein. Homemade cider in a cozy round. What more could you want? Nice service and family business. The chef still cooks here himself. Here the guest is still king! Grade 1A! Greeting Klaus Dammel Idstein

Really nice hotel within walking distance of everything in Idstein

I've been to Idstein on two occasions for work and ended up staying here because another hotel was full...I'm really glad that happened! The hotel is right on the edge of the old center city and within walking distance of everything you need and has the added attraction of a Brauhaus only 50 meters away. :-)
Everyone I've met has been extremely friendly and the staff of the hotel have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome every time I walk through the front door.
In fact, once, I had to check-out and leave for a few days and was going to arrive back very late at night. They arranged for my key to be left for me outside the hotel so I could let myself in...made me feel like family.

Friendly family run hotel

Try to stop here when working in Idstein, really friendly family run hotel. Rooms are fairly basic but always spotlessly clean and warm with immaculate on suite bathrooms. Breakfast is continental buffet with plenty of choice and always fresh.

Spotless

This is a meticulously maintained little hotel at the base of the Witches Tower. Rooms are quiet and well appointed. Great value for the money. It's one block from the historic square. We walked from the train station. It takes about 20 minutes (all downhill). They also provide a tasty breakfast buffet. There seems to be an apple theme to the place, so be sure to have lots of fresh apple juice.

NICE LITTLE HOTEL IN IDSTEIN

family run hotel. Very friendly welcome. Room is big, clean anc comfortable. We had a twin bed room with a view on the tower. Breakfast buffet good quality, but not much choice.
Free parking is available for the guest in front of the hotel. Convienently located in Idstein, easy to walk around this very pretty historic town.
