Hard to beat ambience and hospitality, belongs at the top of every search engine

Was meanwhile for the third time with Elke in the angle workshop. Every time I am thrilled again with how much passion Elke is there for us motorcyclists. Everything has been thought through to the last detail. If there isn't enough space for the moppeds, she drives her car out so that motorcycles can stand there and don't get wet in case it rains. There is WD40, chain spray, visor cleaner and a compressor in case the air pressure doesn't fit. Suggestions for tours, including the warm-hearted kind of elk, always make spending time on the Moselle a wonderful experience. Everything that does not exist in the angle workshop, and that is very little, is within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants, ice cream parlours and wine bars within a stone's throw.:-) I hope the Winkelwerkstatt will be around for a long time, because my buddy and I have made it a fixed date for every year.

awesome short break

A beautiful and super thoughtful hotel concept and even with humor!!!
It is a clean and very well maintained house, where small beautiful, nice or funny details can be found everywhere. The breakfast buffet was great and varied, it should be emphasized that hot food (e.g. eggs) were freshly prepared and were not kept ready on a warming plate.
The beautiful stay with the super service is crowned by a warm and charming hostess with a lot of humor.
It will certainly not have been our last stay in the angle workshop!!!

Motorhotel 2023 passed with flying colors!

What a nice hotel! Elke is super friendly, helps guests where she can, and is the ray of sunshine in the house. Excellent breakfast, everything fresh with delicious coffee and hygienically laid out, which is rarely seen. Lovely terrace with a perfect hostess.
Quiet and yet the nicest location in Kröv. Perfect rooms, very good beds, excellent shower and there is even enough space for a lot of motorcycle clothing. And then the originality that surprises you everywhere, fun and the smallest details were taken into account. Congratulations to the owner, Elke, who manages it on her own. Another tip is to eat 'bei Nikos' just a few steps away, with a view of the Moselle, perfect service and enjoyment for a good price.

Cycle tour through the Moselle

The Winklewerkstatt is a fantastic hotel, so close to 5*'s. I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend fully. I shared with my brother, so had two single beds. They were tiny to say the least. Turning over to evade his snoring was very difficult without falling out of bed. I was willing to forgive them, when breakfast was served, as it was perfect... Except no Espresso machine... That's why I rated... However, would I recommend... 100%. Will be going back if in the area. Just book a double room.

Hier kom je terug !!!

Een mooi hotel, waar je goed kunt verblijven als je in omgeving wilt wandelen.
Elke, de eigenarresse is heel vriendelijk en vrolijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn netjes en goed onderhouden. Hotel ligt mooi centraal . Alles dichtbij restaurants en wijnbars op loopafstand
