Vista incantevole del lago : -)

Ci siamo fermati qui per 3 notti per il matrimonio di un amico che era vicino a Gummersbach. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite la vista del lago era incantevole. Il personale è molto disponibile e il ristorante era piuttosto buono ci abbiamo pranzato un giorno e ci è piaciuto. La doccia mi sembrava di avere un problema di drenaggio c'era una ventosa liquidi in eccesso di acqua per mettere giù il tubo di scarico e non cambiavano gli asciugamani ogni giorno diverso che è stato fantastico. Solo 85 sterline a notte x

Panoramico e tranquillo

Siamo stati qui per il matrimonio di un amico per 5 notti nel novembre del 2013 ed è stato un posto molto tranquillo. Le camere sono arredate spettacolare - pavimenti bagno riscaldato, pietra doccia a pioggia, alto arredo/materasso, molto grandi TV - specialmente dato il prezzo. Le colazioni erano piatti tipico tedesco fatto molto bene e l'/hostess di host erano incredibilmente cordiale, dalle persone affascinanti. Ci hanno fatto sì che il nostro soggiorno era ben sistemata e che siamo stati molto comodi. Sono andati così lontano da piegare i nostri vestiti e persino organizzare i nostri vestiti appesi nell'armadio. L'ospitalità rivaleggiava con praticamente dovunque io sia mai stato. Inoltre, l'albergo offriva sereno, silvestri vista sulla foresta circostante che davvero catturato i colori dell'autunno migliori. Quando torneremo a la zona ci torneremo.

Excellent hotel!

I was here recently for a Family friends Wedding. It was a really special weekend! The hotel is lovely, the staff were friendly and professional and the food was delicious! Top quality German hospitality.
Our room was clean, modern and spacious!

Wedding venue.

We stayed at the Waldhotel for the weekend 21st to 23rd September for our son’s wedding. Our room – 301 – was clean, spacious and quiet, the bathroom was excellent with a large shower cubicle and bars of soap and shower gel.
There was a champagne reception on the terrace with the main reception in the downstairs function room, which carried on all day with dancing in the evening.
The next day we had Brunch in the dining room. All the food throughout the weekend was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Unverschämt

Das Hotel ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert.
Das Haus selber ist heruntergekommen und bietet nur sehr wenig Atmosphäre. Man hat das Gefühl, auf einer (Dauer)- Baustelle zum sein und niemand kümmert sich. Schlimm aber ist der Umgang mit den wenigen Gästen. Da selten Personal ansprechbar bzw. teilweise gar nicht mal im Haus war, konnte eine Kommunikation nur schwer durchgeführt werden. Eine Mitarbeiterin sagte, dieser Zustand liegt am Pächter, der schon der 4. in sehr kurzer Zeit sei. Die Zustände wurden zunehmend schlechter.
Hier nur einige Punkte, die diese Aussage belegen.
Das Essen war mangelhaft. Vieles wirkte als Fertigprodukt. Selbst die Bedienung empfahl uns am Abend, bestimmte Lebensmittel nicht zu essen, da sie zu alt seien.
Frühstück wurde trotz Buchung nicht angeboten, es war nicht einmal Personal im Haus!!! Wir konnten also niemanden darauf ansprechen.
Eine Reinigung des Zimmers wurde nicht durchgeführt, da kein Personal sich zuständig fühlte. Immerhin entschuldigte man sich für dieses Fehlverhalten.
Eine Rechnung wurde nicht ausgestellt. Auf Nachfrage beim auschecken sagte man, dass sei hier nicht üblich und ausserdem habe man keinen Drucker!!! Sehr merkwürdig.
Zusammengefasst: Katastrophal.
