Perfect family-run hotel/restaurant with great attention to detail
It was a perfect appearance from the reception to the overnight stay/breakfast, dinner and goodbye.
Service, cleanliness and quality are lived here in an outstanding way. “Unfortunately,” only 3 stars were awarded - this family hotel/restaurant deserved more.
The restaurant not only impresses with its outstanding cuisine but also offers many “moments” in terms of decoration. Here you can see the wonderful hand for the special from the hotel owner.
Booked through Booking.com easier and better without the portal.
The food/beverage/breakfast offered was absolutely fine from the price-performance ratio.

Down-to-earth good without great taste experiments
Nice ambience and very polite waiter.
We quickly decided on the courts.
The drinks followed promptly. The iced tea took some getting used to and not according to our ideas. But OK.
Bread as a starter with dip, very good.
I had a saffron soup for an appetizer. VERY delicious. The shrimp next to it in the dough coat unfortunately TK. At the price, it can be quietly fresh and without breading.
My wife had bruschetta. Unfortunately, the bread was not roasted, as she thought.
Main course had my wife with something with noodles, found her to be a bit too spicy. I thought it was okay.
I had Iberico baked. These have tasted good and solid. Whether it was really Iberico I can't say exactly.
The dished side salad was a normal one. This one could have been a little more imaginative.
The overall impression was positive, the food was quite good.
Personally, I simply lacked something extra with this price range.
Side salad eg with roasted walnuts, feta etc. The taste explosion was simply missing. Our expectations were simply relatively high.
Conclusion:
It's better than most restaurants, definitely, but it can't compete with the fine cuisine. Down-to-earth delicious cuisine without much experimentation.

More appearance than being...
After many years I was back in the restaurant of Korff for dinner.
Not everyone wants to eat a normal portion. Unfortunately, the kitchen is unable or willing to accommodate and serve a smaller portion/senior portion as an order. It's too bad. But what is not possible in the service at all and especially not in a house that thinks it is the first house in the square: I had ordered and received a normal Pils as the first drink. Since I still had to drive, I switched to a non-alcoholic beer. The non-alcoholic beer served in the bottle is perfectly fine. But what is not okay is that my old beer glass stopped on the table and I had to drink the non-alcoholic beer from that same old, used beer glass. That's not how it works. My last visit to this restaurant.

Unusual hotel
On my request if I get anything else to eat: The kitchen is closed for 30 minutes. I could get something at a pizza place, so I went there immediately and got a pizza. I then came back to the hotel and wanted to sit down on request in the next room to the restaurant with a glass of wine. There also sat the woman from the reception before her steamy meal (funny kitchen is closed). This woman then offered me the empty breakfast room.
Then I went to my empty room, the photos speak for themselves, the view was ..... I was still offered cutlery, so the pizza in bed could eat better.
The hotel is noisy, as my room was at the entrance I heard every guest who then entered the hotel and then also early in the morning the guest above me.
I went to breakfast at 7:30am and while I was eating the room was vacuumed.
The bill was also published in the 2nd edition. Startup created incorrectly.
On my bed I found a card
"There is no better pleasure than surprising a person by giving more than he expected."
Conclusion please less sayings, more nice address and actions that convince.
Whether the stay liked, I was fittingly not asked. Overall an unusual experience - not worth recommending in my view.
