Stay was good. But there were no complimentary hot drinks, no fridge to preserve perishables, no air conditioning. However water pressure was extremely, hotel was very clean and staffs were approachable and helpful

Excellent hotel with very decent prices in a great location - after you get across a particularly complex series of road junctions, it's a flat ten minute walk down a lively pedestrian street to the heart of the city. The UBahn station Sendlinger Tor is on the doorstep and is a major hub for public transport. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, not only during the stay but, in my case, in finding and sending back to me my irreplaceable laptop charger, which I had left behind. The hotel itself is plain but with everything in place and working. I'm not a fan of hotel breakfasts but this one is excellent, with a good basic selection, really good fresh pastries and even, at the weekend, a bath of glorious Bavarian Weisswurst - I could not have been happier!

Surprises rarely come alone.
Arriving: the doorhandle was lose, the bathroom was inconvenient build 1 and the floor around the toilet was reclining by 7-8%
Nice selection of soap and lotion. Low quality toilet paper and a toilet where the water always was running. The toilet was sounding as if it was coughing … strange at the beginning. The light in the bedroom went on and off on its own schedule - and the internet was a disaster…
The beds were good, yet improvements needed for the pillows. They were so huge that they couldn’t be used. This was the opposite of the parking possibilities - it was magic that I managed to not scratch my car.
The breakfast (on day one) was hardly there - some old cold scrambled eggs and juice diluted with water. No dairy free milk alternatives - but a good warm tea.
Second day was better, yet not impressive.

Our room was clean but very basic. Lacked tea & coffee making facilities and a safe, plus no glasses in the bathroom. Great to have a balcony.
Very noisy area so getting to sleep wasn't easy.
A very good choice at breakfast, best chocolate croissants ever.
All staff that we met were very friendly.
