A great hotel close to the Central Bus station

A great location near Central Bus station. A very calm and cosy room with all necessary items. We had a swimming pool access, sauna and gym. Sauna and gym ware small but the opening time till late in the evening is a big advantage compariing to other hotels.
A delicios breakfast buffet in the morning made our stay excellent.

Terrible

I gave terrible rating, because I booked this hotel directly through their reservations system and my personal data was stolen by hackers. I received 3 phone calls, whatsapp messages and multiple emails from scammers pretending to be this hotel. I almost cliked the link when I was checking out and there was no one at the lobby to tranfer room key cards (scam email said I have to check out online).
On the other hand, even taking out the fact about stolen personal data, there were plenty of bad things. Toilet door was not closing properly - you had to hit them with great force to close them. The gap at the bottom of room doors was so large that the light from corridor was very visible at night, it seemed like the lamp was illuminated. The sound insulation was bad - you could clearly hear things happening in the corridor and not only that - i could hear even when someone was flushing the toilet and it was quite loud. Our toilet was not flushing properly as well - you had to push the button several times. Complimentary stuff in the lobby was available only for a short time during the day, because it was not refilled, but that was the least of the problems.

nice clean modern luxurious hotel. Nice size room, comfy beds, steam machine to press your clothes, cold refrigerator in the room. Nice modern bathroom. Everything was great. Would stay there again

Dirty rooms, loud humming noise at night, wouldn't recommend!

Upon arrival, we were given a room that had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was noticeable dust around the edges of the room and beneath the beds, several ceiling lights were either not functioning or flickering, and the bed linen was visibly dirty.
Throughout the night, approximately every 30 minutes, we were awakened by a loud humming noise. This persistent disturbance made it virtually impossible to sleep, rendering our overnight stay extremely disappointing.
The following morning, we requested to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was also inadequately cleaned. The bathroom, particularly the toilet, was not properly cleaned and housekeeping had to return later to rectify the issue. In addition, the bathroom ceiling light was also not working, leaving the room so poorly lit that showering was inconvenient.
Overall, the hotel appeared poorly maintained, and the standard of cleanliness fell well below what we would expect from a four-star hotel. The combination of inadequate housekeeping, maintenance issues, and the significant noise disturbance made for a very disappointing experience. Based on our stay, we would not recommend this hotel and have no intention of returning.

Nice and affordable accommodation

Friendly hotel located near the train station with a tram stop almost in front of the building.
