Good hotel but too expensive for quality and service provided.
For the price we paid - Comfort Zimmer with Rhine tin and terrace at 209,00 euros/night - there is clearly more to be offered. Too expensive for quality and service provided. Too narrow bed (160m), single Senseo coffee machine in room (no kettle for those who prefer a tea), only a bottle of water every two days and also cleaned every two days.
Same for the coffee pods. Table in the room not available. No shower gel on arrival, only shampoo. After making the necessary comments, the necessary steps were taken for us.
Great view of the busy Rhine was again grandiose! This largely made up for it all.
Hotel and rooms everywhere crunchy.
Breakfast buffet decent but coffee machine with various types of good coffee was missing.
Only bland German coffee in thermos on the table.
Restaurant decent but small menu. For those who stay longer it becomes a bit of a problem.
Given the warm weather, the bottle of red wine was served warm. It proved difficult to at least bring the bottle to the table in an ice cooler. As a solution, some ice cubes were brought.
Solved this problem by requesting a day in advance to cool the wine.
And beyond just ordering chilled white wine.
However, sitting on their panoramic terrace.

Very nice hotel in a wonderful location directly on the Rhine.
Ideal as a starting point for day trips, e.g. to Koblenz or Cologne. Ideally suited also for bicycle tourists.
We had a very nice, spacious room with fantastic Rhine views.
It is certain that we will gladly visit this hotel again. Especially since the price-performance ratio is surprisingly good.
