Fantastic place and the weather turned out from its best side of high sunshine and wind stillness.

If I could give it 4.5 I would have done it
I would suggest the hotel that they review the beds if some places will be able to delight their guests with a new bed.

Overall really nice accommodation

A little old. The food was great, friendliness of the family too. Location nice and quiet. Terrace and facade relatively old. Gladly again

Good hotel for a stopover

We slept here one night, in transit from Austria to the Netherlands. Great hotel for a night. Nice beds. Room a bit dated. Friendly service. The restaurant is highly recommended. The bifteki was super tasty! Beautiful surroundings, lots of greenery and lots of bird sounds in the morning when you wake up.

Lovely place with beautiful views!

We stayed one night on our way back to England and wish we could stay longer! Great location for walks and cycling, dog friendly with river running right by the hotel, no busy roads nearby so pretty safe for dogs and children. Our room was huge with terrace overlooking the river and hills which was so nice in the evening sipping wine there. The dinner was superb, very tasty! The staff was great and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too, lots of choices of meat and cheese, cereals, yogurt etc. we felt at home in very quiet location. We will defo return but will stay longer to explore the hills. Thank you!!

All the best with the reconstruction

The best thing is the location. However, you can't really experience this beautiful location without lovely hospitality. No luxury or upscale amenities, but run by a lovely family.
