Weekend as a family everything top

We spent our stay at the Berghotel Maibrunn with a total of four rooms for eight adults and one child and were completely satisfied.
The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly large. The bathrooms were also well-equipped – including a hairdryer and everything one needs for a relaxing stay.
We particularly liked the heated indoor and outdoor pool. There were always enough lounge chairs available, so one could also relax in peace.
The breakfast was varied and very delicious, and the dinner also impressed us every day. The quality of the food was outstanding. The entire staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful.
What we particularly noticed in a positive way was the quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The hotel was never overcrowded, which made the stay very restful.
The location is ideal for excursions in the surrounding area. Hiking trails start practically right outside the door, and attractions like the summer toboggan run and the forest treetop walk are quickly accessible – perfect for families with children as well.
Overall, we can recommend the Berghotel Maibrunn without reservation and would come back anytime.

Perfect wedding venue

We were able to celebrate our wedding at the Hirschalmhütte – and it was an absolutely magnificent experience from start to finish.
The support and planning beforehand by the event planner was highly professional, structured, and at the same time warm. We felt well taken care of at all times.
There were various options for the food, so there was truly something for every taste. We decided on the Bavarian buffet – and it was consistently highly praised by our guests.
The ambiance is something very special: The grounds are spacious, beautifully nestled in nature, and offer everyone the opportunity to take a short break to relax and then rejoin the group. There is also a lot on offer for children – whether playing on the meadow or a visit to the deer enclosure, everyone had their fun.
The hut itself is a real eye-catcher, and the surroundings are a treat for the soul.
We were very happy to be guests and enjoyed every moment there.
A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a special location with heart, style, and nature.

Very nice, family-run hotel and wonderful nature.

A medium-sized hotel (about 50 rooms) that is run very personally by the owner and family. Always on-site and approachable.
There are different categories of rooms. The lovely, individual, but also very small rooms in the main building are suitable for guests who do not need much space. For that, the price is correspondingly affordable.
The lifestyle rooms with 430 square feet are very spacious and tasteful.
The special feature of the half-board option is the afternoon snack. Guests can help themselves to a buffet with soup, small salads, rolls, various juices, and water between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Additionally, guests have access to a tea bar or coffee. Small pieces of cake complete the lovely offering.
The two pools, both indoor and outdoor, invite swimming.
Several saunas are available in the spa area.
Unfortunately, the fitness room is a bit small and has potential for improvement.
In the outdoor area, there is a tennis court and a multifunctional court.
In addition to a Kneipp basin, there is also an outdoor chess game and a table tennis table available.
The available massages are also highly recommended.
My conclusion: a wonderful, personally managed hotel that I have been happily visiting for years.

Happiness is so close.

Arrive and immediately relax. We have been coming back to the mountain hotel at larger intervals over the last ten years, initially with small children, now with young adults, and we were once again completely satisfied. The garden-facing rooms are wonderfully quiet and spacious. Bathroom and toilet are very clean. Shower has been renovated. There is nothing lacking. The half-board is of very good quality. Especially the cakes in the afternoon and the dessert in the evening delighted us. Friendly staff and the owner always in the background. The well-tempered pool in the garden is a highlight, especially in the morning hours. We had a wonderful time relaxing.
