Great location and complete room with lava and dry clothes.
Very well located. Easy to get by public transport and by car. Near a shopping center with 2 supermarkets. It has a great gym sauna pool. The room has all the necessary structure, with complete kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine and drying clothes. Coffee is good, but there are better ones.

Natanim is the star!
I chose this 4-star hotel for its proximity to Stuttgart Hbf and the convenience of mall nearby for shopping plus library for some peace, and the excellent amenities of indoor swimming pool and sauna. And then having A/C in Europe in June is a must, especially when it can go up to 37C during long daytime from 0530 to 2130.
I arrived at around 10am but very hot out there so I paid €50 for an early check-in so I got more time to unpack and move in. However, the moment I stepped into the room, the A/C is not working at all. 30mins later the room is very hot with thin air. I tried to message reception via their WhatsApp and what I got is that their A/C takes time to fully run temperatures. They claim they checked and the thermostat has gone from 24C to 23C in the past one hour. I requested to change room but they said it would be the same outcome. So I thought I can get very cool by 6pm when I come back.
Upon returning and looking forward to cool down, the room is still hot that my chocolates in my room are starting to melt a bit. Turn out the staff found A/C actually broke down and cannot be fixed but I am not notified of this, not even a WhatsApp message so I can grant permission for them to enter the room for fixing if necessary. I attempted to request cancellation of the booking so I can end this saga and find another place but failed.
At this moment, another of their staff made a good move to save the failure. Shoutout to Natanim for his great efforts in finding another room with much better functioning A/C and offering a room upgrade that is a real step up in terms of temperature and room comfort. My stay was finally getting better.
The stay was gonna have a one-star review for what I experienced in the room and how the staff reacted not up to a four-star hotel standard. But after Natanim's service recovery, it is a good stay!

Amazing room. I love the kitchenette, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge. All cutlery and pots and pans are available. Clean, and adequately spacious! Also you can cast videos from your phone to the TV screen without having to log in with your streaming account.

Exceptional stay
Our stay at Adina Hotel Stuttgart was exceptional. The staff were welcoming and always willing to help with any request. The room was spotless, comfortable and well-equipped.
One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its proximity to public transportation, making it incredibly easy and convenient to get around. Also a few steps away from a shopping mall, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy ...
We were genuinely impressed by the level of service and hospitality we received from Natanim, we would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Stuttgart. A very good choice.
