Hotel review
Overall, the hotel services were lovely. Staff showed respect and maximum support to customers when needed. However, most of the meals served were salty and too cold. I pray management works on that urgently.

Lack of maintenance and customer service
Selected this hotel based on a recommendation.
Booked a Junior Double. Arrived and they placed me in a Junior Standard. Told me since I’m solo, this is the correct room category as they didn’t have the category that I booked.
They refused to cancel on their end. Told
Me if I wanted the next category up I would have to pay them the difference because I booked from a third party. Typical money grab operating from a poverty mentality.
Pictures attached for the booking do not match the room I was given.
First room, the hot water kettle was on the headboard. I asked for another room.
I arrived to the second room, staff turned on the ac and within 30 mins it leaked water over the entire top of the bed and headboard. Contacted the front desk. The housekeeper changed the pillowcases and left the wet pillows. Maintenance came and fixed the ac.
Water still continued to drip on night two. Finally fixed the next day. Had to request new pillows because they didn’t change the sheets or pillows.
Fridge - staff turned it on. I changed the setting from low to high. Never got cold. My frozen juices became room temperature in the fridge. Lost those. Contacted the front desk. Maintenance never fixed it and never reimbursed me.
Started seeing ants and cockroaches im the bathroom. Housekeeper made the bed daily.
Saw ants on the desk with the hot water kettle.
Breakfast was included. On day one, saw a roach on the chair in the dining room.
Food was cold to me. No stream was rising from the trays.
It rained on night two. Entire front entrance flooded. Entire area smelled moldy, even as they sucked the water up.
Shower gets hot.
Tv channels are news and soccer. When it rained, channels went out.

We appreciate the views expressed. We feel the views expressed do not reflect the reality at our hotel. But we shall conduct an investigation into the areas you mentioned. It is very strange to note, for example, that you were served a cold dish for breakfast when our breakfast is kept warm throughout breakfast time. Our hotel is reputed to be one of the few with the largest selection of TV channels (over 80), including extensive coverage of News, Documentaries, Sports (soccer, rugby, tennis, polo, varieties), and Movies (over 10 channels). So, much as we appreciate feedback from clients, we do not appreciate those that are not the reality,

Hospitality at it's best.
The Nurse Managers of Ghana Adventist Health services had AGM from 2nd-6th August 2026 and the facility actually exhibited professionalism at all levels.
From reception ,room services,waiters,waitress,cinema officer etc. I love everything about Eusbett and would recommend to friends and families to visit the place.Eusbett is more than home.

Very excellent reception
Infact words will fail me if I'm to describe the perfect warmth reception given to me during my short stay at the eusbett hotel. From bedroom to bathroom - prefect. With their food arrangements excellent and their conference hell arrangements for workshops too excellent. Dinner too excellent. Infact keep the good work ongoing. Thank you the hostel management.

This trip, my husband and I have 3 or more issues. No water twice, then slow running water and the bathroom floor was flooded more than twice. Yes, I did contact housekeeping and the thing that really upset me was, when housekeeping had the nerve to ask me, "Do you want me to bring you a bucket of water!" Like what is that especially, when I paid almost $2000 for this stay. I was really upset at this time. When I come to t this hotel, I always stay for 2 or more weeks. Not sure the next time.
