Perfect choice!!!

We organized our wedding in Agrinio and a friend of ours suggested the Imperial and its sister hotel the Premier, to host our guests. From the beginning when we went to see the rooms we were surprised that in a provincial town there are such neat hotels. Of course, as soon as we entered the lobby, we understood what kind of hotels we were dealing with. Polite staff, helpful and smiling all of them. Especially Mrs. Ioanna who I stunned her with e-mails. Clean rooms, excellent decoration. Congratulations to everybody. Will see it again for sure.

Never ever! Less than 1 star customer service & we never even made it to this hotel!

If we could rate Agrinio Imperial Hotel, and booking.com, less than 1-Star, we definitely would. And we haven't even started our trip yet.
It seems like the Agrinio Imperial Hotel and booking.com were trying to scam customers as their website (booking.com) pulled a 'bait and switch' on us by showing options that we never searched for... we looked for a double occupancy room for 2 adults, the site showed double options but blended single occupancies while still showing rooms for 2 people. We selected the option for 2 people, but when the reservation confirmed, it only showed for 1 person. We called right away to fix the mistake, but booking.com and Agrinio Imperial Hotel were unhelpful. Neither booking.com nor Agrinio Imperial Hotel offered any useful customer service or protections! They tried to charge us more for our original request for 2 people, then they wouldn’t approve the cancellation without charging us the entire full price of the stay. There were no apologies, just nonsense as they read from a script denying our request for help and taking our money.
I will never use booking.com again or stay at or recommend Agrinio Imperial Hotel!

Comfortable stay

Lovely friendly service and spacious rooms on the older side and not in walking distance to much. However we slept well , could use some extra pillows. Nice foyer and maintained for its age. Would chose something closer to city centre next time as we had no car.

Classic city hotel.

It is located at a hub between Patras and Ioannina and serves a wide area. It has parking, a moderate dinner, over the morning breakfast, old but refurbished rooms, good service but improves. Generally it wants to be renovated, and in the showroom and room furniture.
