Excellent stay and impeccable staff

It is now a constant value in our regular visits to Athens.
We warmly thank Mrs. Georgias and all the staff, who make us feel at home!
Excellent accommodation and service.
Boutique hotel mansion of the last century. Vintage aesthetic with modern comforts. Nice location.
Coffee, tea, water and fruit in the common hallway of the 1st and in each room.
Comfortable and convenient rooms. The superior rooms with the spacious balcony on Pedelis street are amazing and quieter.
For three years now is our accommodation in Athens.

I really wanted to love this hotel because the staff were genuinely great—friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. You can tell there’s real potential here for it to be an amazing place to stay.
Unfortunately, the condition of the room completely overshadowed that. The carpets and chairs were so dark and heavily stained that the entire space felt unclean and uncomfortable. I’ve traveled a lot, and honestly, I’ve never seen anything quite like it. I didn’t feel comfortable putting anything on the floor and kept my socks on the entire time, which says a lot.
With some serious attention to cleanliness and updating those furnishings, this hotel could be fantastic. But in its current state, it just didn’t meet expectations.

Dirty

I've been traveling the world for work, so I've seen a lot of hotels and never before has anyone been able to make me retch like this. This is due to the fact that the carpet is completely stained. Sorry to write this because the staff is really nice, but on the cleanliness we are not there. In addition to the stained carpets on the floor, the chair in the room was also stained. I understand that this may be due to the fact that there is a coffee machine in the rooms in the corridors, but the police are crucial.

Very average

The place is nice enough but really nothing special - Room was comfy but pale carpet covered in stains really let the place down… Breakfast delivered in a box was poor

Shame on you!!!

Shame! Not only was the beige moquette dirty everywhere...but we also found cockroaches in one of the two rooms!!!! I have photos!!!! I paid so much money and stayed in one of the worst hotels in Kifisia (not to mention the worst!!!)! Just your shame!!!
