Wonderful atmosphere sitting on the rooftop enjoying the sight of the Basillica's dome. Great service and the food was just perfect.

It's not worth the bad accommodation!

We chose this hotel because we had previously stayed at other Radisson hotels and were satisfied with their services. Unfortunately, this stay was the worst Radisson experience we've ever had.
We had to change rooms on our very first day because our room was flooded with rainwater. The second room we were given was far below our expectations, and we had to change rooms again. Having to change rooms three times in total seriously negatively impacted both our enjoyment and comfort during our vacation.
During the chaos caused by these room changes, my personal bag went missing. We reported the situation to reception immediately. Although the staff said they searched, our bag wasn't found until we left the hotel.
What upset us most wasn't just the loss of the bag, but the way the hotel handled the whole process. Despite all the setbacks we experienced, no one took responsibility, no satisfactory solution was offered, and not even the slightest gesture of goodwill was made.
Our expectations were much higher because of the trust we have in the Radisson brand. However, we left this hotel disappointed and without feeling valued as guests.
I hope hotel management takes this feedback seriously and reviews both operational shortcomings and its approach to guest complaints. Unfortunately, this stay will remain in our memory as the worst Radisson experience we've ever had.

There isn't necessarily a hotel option to stay in.

We had to change rooms three times. Our first room was nice, but it got raining! We changed rooms, but the second room they gave us was very bad and unsuitable for us because it was for disabled people. Our last room wasn't bad, but there was a constant ringing of bells coming from the basilica. The breakfast was very bad and inadequate. The staff are friendly. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the rooms, even though we've stayed in many hotels around the world and even the smallest ones had everything in the bathroom.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the rooftop bar restaurant, which closed for renovations the day we arrived. That was a deciding factor between several properties. So that was not great.

Best hotel in the country

Amazing hotel very comfortable rooms very calm, great breakfast and service. Atmosphere is amazing and staff is super friendly. Specially reception guy Misha is super professional super friendly I wish professional like Misha was all over the hotels.
