Best place and great experience to stay in Manali

The hotel is very nice, staff is very helpful and supportive. Food quality is awesome. The location is very nice and close to nearby sightseeing places. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to stay in Manali.

The worst Manager Mr Lokesh

Such a horrible service, very arogant Manager... No service after 10 pm
You will not get any attendent in hotel after 10 pm...
The manager Mr Lokesh is having no manners to interact with guests...

Bhut bekar hotel usse bhi bekar service usse bhi bekar food, totally paisa waste krna h, bhool kr bhi mat ana

Bhut bekar service usse bhi bekar khana ka intejam daily same food serve, aaj tak itna bekar hotel nhi dekha... Ane ki bhool mat krna, package me batate kuch or h or provide kuch or krte h, totally waste of money
