Good place to stay out of town but near by town , clean rooms , great spot beach side , enjoyed with friends alot, thank you receptionist was very helpful . Everything was good about the stay will be much more good if this place starts a dormitory will get good business

Near to Beach
Sea Breeze Beach Inn appears to be an older property. While the rooms are spacious, they were not properly cleaned, and the same applies to the bathroom. Additionally, it's best to avoid booking with breakfast, as they offer only one option—either IDLI or DOSA. Only Good thing of about hotel is right opposite to beach.

Pathatic hotel ever - wish without star the review can be posted
FOLKS, DON'T WASTE UR MONEY AND TIME IN SEARCHING THIS HOTEL. NOT A WORTH HOTEL TO STAY FOR A SINGLE DAY. ITS NEITHER HOTEL NOR HOMESTAY.
Positive: One star for the location , as it's just infront of the Sea beach.
Negative: We paid 17k for 2 rooms 2 night(30,31 dec) but the rooms are not worth of 700 per night also. Reason i am putting in below points.
1. The hotel is not family friendly the staff is only capable enough to handle bachelors , as they just come to beach for doing parties and go back.
2. The rooms pictures giving in promotion is i guess from the day it's built only. Now it's all worst. The lights shown in the pictures are full bluff!
the dirty curtains, the broken flower pot, the broken lights in the room , no soap in the dispenser. All cupboards have broken handled.
3 The walls are fully patchy, black from the places .. bugs , cockroach, ants , spiders all over the bathroom,
No TV. Bathroom fittings is all rusty.
4. We booked the AC room , but when we tried to switch on it, staff said the remote is not working , whatever temperature u want will set it with our mobile app and bear with it.!! Really!!
Called the Hotel management, Make my trip but no solution for that night.
5. Staff was not able to manage if max occupancy in hotel.
6. We want to drink tea/ coffee .. staff said the fridge is not working, so we have to get the milk and tea from outside, fair enough, my husband gave 100 rs. To the staff to get those stuff, at 3.30 pm , after our lunch ( which we ordered from Zomato) at 5 pm we asked the staff if we can get the tea , the lady told they don't get the milk. After we came from beach by 6.30 pm , the lady went home , the boy from staff he was entertaining other customers. My husband prepare the tea.!!!
7. Moreover the 100₹ the staff took he didn't bother to give the change or doesn't feel to update us on the rest of the amount.
8. The breakfast was supposed to arrive by 9am , but till 9.30 the breakfast wasn't reached . When it reaches to us it was all cold. Only dosa and sambar was in breakfast
9. In room , what pictures they are showing is white bedsheet but in real they give the dirty blue and grey check bedsheet which looks like its not washed since ages.
In one room only one towel is provided , even if you pay for two people accomodation.
Request to All the booking website to please promote this review so that people will not get bluffed with the pictures shown in the promotion.

Terrible experience. Location is only good thing.
Good location - on the beach. But very far from the beginning of Payyambalam beach.
The facilities of the hotel are run down. The fixtures of the bathrooms are not well maintained. The jet spray is leaking in my room. The toiletries provided are very minimal (e.g. same tiny soap bar to wash hands as to take bath)
They claim to have WiFi - but it does not reach the rooms. That is sad - even more so because the mobile signal strength inside the rooms is often zero (no 3G or 4G most often).
The building of the hotel is a block - with no grounds. Thus there is no place to relax around the place, other than a tiny balcony on the first floor.
I would not recommend this place, unless it is significantly cheaper than any other option available.

Updated: The hotel staff keep the room key back when I am going out, but they do not tidy up the room. And I informed the staff that there is a leaky jet spray in the bathroom, which needs to be replaced (jet sprays are probably one of the simplest things to replace in a bathroom - can even be done without tools). But on coming back at night, I find that it's still not replaced. Very disappointing. Downgrading from 3 to 2.

Updated on 3rd day of stay: the hotel staff didn't do up the room up again, even with the keys being there, and with clear instructions. There is not a morsel of food available in the hotel. Not even some snacks, or even cold drinks. Only water bottles are available. And none of the staff speak English or Hindi. The AC's remote control doesn't work, even though the AC works - so no way of adjusting the flow or increase the temperature or fan speed. And yes - the jet spray is still not fixed. Overall, it is a terrible experience. Downgrading to 1.

Visit again!!
Been there for 2nd time and it was a pleasant stay there. Helpful staff and to name one - Karthik, was helpful with almost everything needed. Nice sea view..made a comfortable stay.
As it is a bit away from the city, no traffic sounds and pollution.
The beach was like a private beach as no one was there except us.
All in all, a good experience
