Budget property

We hosted a dealers meeting for 185 pax on 4-5 October
Nice budget place with all amenities
Food quality is good staff are courteous and well behaved
Rooms are neat and clean
Service is good
Overall a nice and budget place to stay in Diu for budget traveler’s

Not a good hotel

They advertise on the website that they have free WiFi,but when we stayed there we were told no WiFi. The hotel is outdated and needs a revamp and bring it up to date,in the room I stayed there was no control for the A/C.
The restaurant in the hotel does not serve alcohol but we are in Diu so I don't understand that.The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the staff. Oh one more thing no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Waste of money and spoiled vacation

***All positive reviews are fake***
It is a desi dharam shala, with dirty surroundings, dirty rooms and bad washrooms. We had a headache in getting the phone working, no hot water to shower, had to change the room in middle of the night as fan or AC was not working, no courtesy to refund in absence of facilities by the hotel staff.

Very good room service staff r very very good and royal n Co operative room r Clen but to much small all the location are near the hotel swimming pool n fish pond r very good out of windows sinario look good early mornings to much birds r chiering atmosphere in mornings cheerfully food n breakfast r good
